Amazing
SSermsiri SI had a great stay here. The place looks exactly like the photos - modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, proactive, and very helpful. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the shared areas, bathrooms, kitchen, and sleeping hub. I was initially worried about using shared bathrooms, but the bathrooms were very clean, and other guests were considerate in keeping them tidy after use. If you do not bring slippers, they are also available from the vending machine, which is convenient. The sleeping hub was higher and more spacious than expected, warm and comfortable, with power outlets and USB-C ports on both sides of the bed. Wi-Fi was strong, and I was able to use the call booth for a virtual meeting. The wristband system for opening doors and making purchases inside the property was also very convenient. I also enjoyed using the shared sauna, especially after coming in from the cold. The location is excellent, close to a bus stop with easy access to Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli. There are supermarkets, international restaurants, and a laundromat nearby. Overall, I highly recommend CityHub Copenhagen for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-designed stay.

GGuest UserI and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course. 1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 ) 2) Everyday the room was cleaned. 3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way. 4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators. Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. But down below of this view, the hotel looks at another hotesls' rooms and balconies.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).

DduguguirenCouldn't check in early, but the common areas were super functional, vibrant, and relaxing – really on par with Clink in Amsterdam. While waiting on the 3rd floor, I looked through the floor-to-ceiling windows and saw a full rainbow panorama right in front of me, even spotting people walking on top of it clearly. However, paying an extra 50 DKK for bed linen was ridiculous, especially since it wasn't mentioned during booking! That evening, I asked the front desk if there was hot water, and they said yes, but it would cost 15 DKK per cup. Seriously! For a hostel, not having a communal kitchen or a fridge to store food, and not even providing a kettle, is just unacceptable. I can't consider these facilities to be adequate.

掂過碌蔗The room is quite spacious with three beds, though the hotel feels a bit dated. A major issue, however, is the shower space in the bathroom; once you pull the shower curtain, it becomes so narrow that it is very easy to accidentally touch the scalding hot faucet. Aside from that, everything else was perfectly fine.

GGuest UserClean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

GGuest UserThe room was excellent, and the front desk staff were great. The room was very clean, and the security was also very strict. The location is good too, very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get to the city center by subway.

WWei ZiThis is a no-frills hotel that is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the main station for metros and trains. The room was very big and we could lay out both of our large suitcases with ease. The neighbourhood is lively but the room was insulated from the hustle and bustle from the streets and we had a good sleep during our stay.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the closet was small and inconvenient. A hairdryer was provided. There were two beautiful lamps, but nowhere to plug them in. One power outlet didn't work, leaving only one functional outlet to charge a phone. A mini-fridge was also present, but there was no available outlet for it. The TV had a poor signal, though YouTube was accessible. The shared bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water, soap, and shampoo. Cleanliness was perfect; our towels were changed. There was no physical staff at the front desk. We encountered an issue with the entry code, which was resolved via the doorbell's intercom system. This place is definitely geared towards tech-savvy guests! I had internet access but no phone signal to receive the SMS confirmation required for online check-in. Luckily, they assisted us via the intercom, and we managed to sort everything out.
