It is clear that the experience went pretty well. The staff was very quick and efficient with their tasks, and they got us checked in quickly. Afterwards, we found our rooms to be rather hygienic and well-kept, although the Sofa-Bed we bought was rather small. However, we did cook some food, which got filled with smoke, so we did trigger the smoke alarm. Even then, the fire management crew arrived quickly to shut off the alarm and open the windows to remove the smoke. This really just proves how effective the sensors are and how efficient the staff were. In terms of facilities, the gym room was really nice, with all sorts of machines and weights and mats. Also, the Breakfast was really good. they had a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, such as Soy Milk alternatives. Finally, the location was very good, it was near safe parking in a cheap, locked parking lot, only EURO14 per 24 hrs, as well as some tourist attractions like bustling streets and a football museum and merchandise shops nearby. Overall, given the location and services and facilities provided, this is definitely a value for money hotel and a reliable place to stay. 10/10.

Nice and comfortable room for a short stay especially if you have an early or late train. Check in was pretty easy through a machine, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough and clean, but the AC was too weak for the summer heat even when set to the lowest temperature. The surrounding areas were also unpleasant, lots of intoxicated people and junkies, but it is common for any area surrounding a main train station in Germany.

The room was generally clean, the breakfast was very good, the location was excellent, and I would definitely come back next time. The price was also quite reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience.

We were travelling to the BVB game. The location of the hotel is perfect! You will come to the Iduna Park signal in just 30 minutes walk.  Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable with view of the stadium. All was clean and ordened. Only a little more deposit facilities in the bathroom would be great.  All staff were very friendly. After the game we had something to eat in the hotel. It is definitely recommended. A small but fine selection of dishes that also fitted with the price-performance ratio. Breakfast was delicious.  Once we come back to Dortmund, we will definitely stay back in the courtyard.

A very nice hotel, centrally located with great public transport connections. It was clean, and my room even had its own balcony. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a little small but perfectly functional. The only minor improvement would be a mirror in the main room, but otherwise, it was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

The room was very clean, and I really appreciated the separate shower and toilet in the bathroom! They have both heating and air conditioning too. The only downside is that the window seemed to be locked and couldn't be opened for ventilation, but I guess that's understandable for safety reasons. The staff were all very friendly.

The location of the hotel is very good, the hall is also very atmospheric, and the rooms are also very good. The facilities are complete, the decoration is warm and unique, and the service is also in place

The location is excellent. It's right across from a pedestrian street, so finding places to eat is incredibly convenient. It's also just a short walk from the main train station. Plus, with the subway station directly opposite, getting anywhere is a breeze.

Good value for money. Clean, very basic furnishings but a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, carpeted floor and very thin walls...

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
