"The location is pretty far away from the station, countryside, middle of nowhere. Nothing is around. The hotel asked to pay deposit with the credit card 50€, which isn’t said anywhere in description, pretty weird amount. When I didn’t find any slippers and toothbrushes, I went downstairs, the receptionist insisted that I need to look more carefully in the room, so I was just pissed off and didn’t try second time. In the description it is said the garden view, so you can judge the photo what kind of garden this is, plus the beds are super uncomfortable compared with other hotels."

"It is clear that the experience went pretty well. The staff was very quick and efficient with their tasks, and they got us checked in quickly. Afterwards, we found our rooms to be rather hygienic and well-kept, although the Sofa-Bed we bought was rather small. However, we did cook some food, which got filled with smoke, so we did trigger the smoke alarm. Even then, the fire management crew arrived quickly to shut off the alarm and open the windows to remove the smoke. This really just proves how effective the sensors are and how efficient the staff were. In terms of facilities, the gym room was really nice, with all sorts of machines and weights and mats. Also, the Breakfast was really good. they had a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, such as Soy Milk alternatives. Finally, the location was very good, it was near safe parking in a cheap, locked parking lot, only EURO14 per 24 hrs, as well as some tourist attractions like bustling streets and a football museum and merchandise shops nearby. Overall, given the location and services and facilities provided, this is definitely a value for money hotel and a reliable place to stay. 10/10."

"Stayed one night in February. This is a budget hotel, and I am rating this as a budget hotel. The property is basic, clean, no thrills. The room was adequate, the bathroom was a bit tight, felt like in a space capsule. Sleep was comfortable. Had a desk to do my remote work. Walking distance to the U-Bahn station. There is a supermarket around the corner. Reception staff was helpful - helped me out with the parking and were reasonable with my request for late (30 min) check out time. Had a (frozen) pizza warmed up for my dinner for 8 euros. That was not bad. Overall, an excellent place for those on a budget."

"Nice hotel in a nice location on the outskirts of Schwerte. The reception is well laid out, staff are attentive and rooms are clean and functional. My only grip is that, there is no blinds in the bathroom so when the sun comes up, it wakes you up irrespective of whether the curtains are closed or not. There is a great pub a hundred metre down the road, and has some fantastic meals available."

"We felt really comfortable; everyone was super nice, from the concierge to the service staff and reception. It was about a 5-8 minute walk from the main train station and easy to find. The breakfast was delicious; they kept refilling it, even right before closing time. The hotel's dog, Flora, did the best job :-) The room was very nice and clean!!! Beautiful courtyard and delicious gins at the bar. This is now our favorite hotel in Dortmund. We highly recommend it."

"We stayed here for 4 nights and it’s a lovely hotel. Each and every staff is helpful felt like home. The only disadvantage is that it’s far from the central station. So if you don’t have a car, this place isn’t recommended even though it’s one of the best properties to stay in. They have happy hour (free) for hot chocolate and coffee and that’s very nice. Highly recommend. They also have an AC and heater in the room which is very rare"

What is that guests are treated a little better from Monday to Friday than at weekends when you are happy to find the excellent Berner Müsli at breakfast, but suddenly no longer. At the high quality of the living was as little exposed as at the bathroom, but too small we found it not to find a single bottle of mineral water as a gift of the house. Strong bill, good friends. "Everything was great except the fact that you are supposed to tell 2 days ahead of your arrival that you will check-in. That's unusual when you booked your hotel in advance. Eventually I could reach them a day before my arrival and it was no problem to check-in ahead of time for an "early-check in" fee."
