Arrived and faced some issue with the checking in, but the staffs were friendly and kindly guided us thorugh the whole proses. The room was spacious enough for two and was clean. Some basic amenities are available, one bath towel, one hand towel, shampoo, and bath gel. Hope you can provide bath mat in the future. Overall it was good experience.

Very good hotel, the facilities inside, hot water indulgence, service attitude is really good and very satisfied! I want to know why it is so good to see that we can accept real life.

To be honest, the price of less than 400 can't be asked too much. Overall, it is quite satisfactory, clean and tidy. It is convenient to drive and parking, opposite the supermarket gas station. The only downside is that the webpage has a German version, which looks so troublesome. Self-check-in on the webpage is quite convenient. I hope to promote it a lot, the price is cheap and affordable, and cleanliness is the most important thing.

For a 3-day stay, a suite booked, and if I can believe the pictures, it looks fantastic. It wasn't that way, at least the room I had, a little old, a kitchen with two sticks, one fork, two knives that weren't even clean. But yes, I'm not going to complain about the money, the beds were all right, the bathroom was all right, there was a TV and a small bank, we were still on the 3rd floor and the lift was broken. The breakfast was good and the people who worked there were very good. For a transit very good, for a longer stay I would go somewhere else. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great.

We stayed in room 232. It was a triple room. It was a bit old. There were dirty diapers in the trash can, and other trash as well. The bed, sheets, and towels were clean. Apart from that, the floors and other areas were very dirty. The door wasn't locked. It wasn't clear who had come and gone before us. Since we checked in late at night, we wanted to go to sleep immediately and didn't request a room change. The breakfast was very good, so we didn't complain to the hotel about that either.

Location is good in order to reach the Messe in Duesseldorf and with good price. Parking was crowded but you can find in the area at walking distance. Rooms are nice, Breakfast is simple but complete, good tasty bread, no cakes or croissants. Maybe some fresh ham could be added or a variety of yogurts. Reception is not always open but you can check in late or check out early, just inform them. Staff is very nice, ready to listen and doing the very best to assist. The are restaurants at walking distance and you can reach the city center, old town, in 10 minutes by car.
