"Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning."

"The hotel is connected to a very luxurious hotel near light. At the arrival I was supposed to check in because the hotel was unmanned that afternoon. All facilities are in the other hotel. The hotel was very good. A great bed and beautiful bathroom. As a base to the centre of Dresden very suitable. after 5 minutes walking over a bridge you stand your heart center! Parking is possible on the street or in a underground garage under the corresponding hotel. The breakfast was very wide and of high quality, very rarely seen so many good things together, unfortunately I had not reserved for dinner the evening before. A friendly barman took me and could eat in the bar / lounge. Very good with excellent local wines."

"This hotel is superb! It's incredibly central to all the sights and right on the shopping street, which my wife absolutely loved. There are good parking options around the hotel, and plenty of dining choices nearby. We stayed on the 10th floor; the room was super clean, not noisy at all, and offered a beautiful view all the way to the Frauenkirche. The breakfast was very diverse, with nothing missing. Unfortunately, the gym and sauna area weren't yet available, but the hotel has a partnership with Fitness First next door, so you could go there. All the staff were very friendly. I recommend the bubble tea shop downstairs to the right as you exit. We'd happily come back. Very culture-friendly, we felt incredibly comfortable."

"The hotel fully met our expectations! The location is excellent – ​​just a few minutes from the old town and the pedestrian zone, and many sights are within easy walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, providing a perfect start to the day. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable; we immediately felt at home. The parking garage was also a huge plus and very convenient. All in all, a successful stay; we highly recommend the hotel!"

"We were unfortunately very disappointed... we booked an accessible room... the only accessible one was the wider door... according to the hotel's own website and the photos, there are grab bars by the toilet and a shower seat in the shower... but there is no provision for grab bars... emergency call ropes are supposed to be available, but there isn't even a provision for one... none of that was there... when we asked, we were told there are two accessible categories... it's true that wheelchair users can walk and stand in the shower... it wasn't possible to change rooms within 6 days... when I insisted, I at least got a rickety shower stool... a far cry from what was actually on offer... when we complained at reception on the day of our arrival, the manager walked away and wasn't even interested... when I book accessible and look at the photos, I expect it to be that way... I was told I could have called beforehand and asked... but why? I booked what was pictured... only I didn't get it... We weren't offered any compensation or anything... In fact, we even had to pay the full price for the parking garage, even though the designated spaces were being used by lazy people and the barrier wasn't working... The food, on the other hand, was perfectly fine... the cleanliness was also fine... There's always room for improvement, but if there was a shortage of towels, they brought them immediately... All in all, a very central hotel, but unsuitable for physically challenged guests in wheelchairs... This needs to be drastically improved."

"It's an ok hotel in a good position, right in the city centre. Im not sure how it would be classified as 4 stars though. It was very hot and the air-conditioning wasn't really working properly, being in the middle of the city it was too loud to open the windows. The bathroom toilet area is frosted glass so no privacy, be mindful if booking with anyone other than a partner. The staff were nice, parking was expensive."

"Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt an der Elbe und kurzem Fußweg zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und haben eine riesige Fensterfront mit Blick auf die Elbe. Leider ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und im Sommer wird es im Zimmer sehr warm. Ein Standlüfter verschafft aber etwas Erleichterung. Das Frühstück wird in einem großen Pavillon serviert und ist sehr reichhaltig und es alles vorhanden, einschließlich Eierspeisen."

However, the toilet was a bit on the smaller side, which might be slightly inconvenient for some guests. Overall, it’s a great choice for its location and cleanliness."

"The location is very central. Dresden isn't that big, so staying anywhere in the old town is fine. This place feels more like a budget hotel, but the price isn't expensive either. Hotels in Dresden are much cheaper than in other cities. It's a bit old but clean and tidy. You can get sparkling water from the hallway. Check-out at noon is great. A highlight is being able to use the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi that can fit five or six people. After seeing it, I immediately went to Primark and bought a 7-euro swimsuit to use it. The pool temperature is higher than usual, which is nice. No need to bring a swimming cap. The sauna seems to be co-ed. I saw the men's changing room from the sauna! 😂 I quickly ran to get dressed when I saw someone walk by! 😱 You need to wear slippers to enter the pool area. Slippers aren't expensive to buy, and the hotel also provides disposable ones. There are music festivals in the square outside during summer, but you can't hear the sound. It's great for strolling around at night. We found the Japanese restaurant on the second floor, which has good reviews, to be particularly unappetizing, and the service was incredibly slow. Not recommended."
