"We stayed three nights, room was clean, everything was great for the price. Location was good. The only negative point was the single bed for the third person, which was not in good condition and was not comfortable at all, tbh it was not a bed! It would have been great if there was an electric kettle and a pair of slippers for the toilet in the room."

"Although this B&B is far from the train station, it's exceptionally quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of crowds and traffic noise, making for a very comfortable stay. Wendy, the housekeeper, was incredibly attentive and professional. She contacted me early and took the initiative to arrange everything from the check-in process to room selection, making everything a breeze. Our room was on the fourth floor, and the most surprising thing was its private balcony. Looking out from there, I could see the surrounding residential area. Every home had a balcony furnished with stools, tables, and chairs, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The breakfast at the B&B was also excellent, though it was served in the basement. However, when the weather was nice, you could take your food outside to the sun garden, where you could enjoy it in the sunshine."

"Super convenient and amazing! My stay at LyvInn Frankfurt Messe from July 4th to July 11th was truly super convenient and amazing! First off, the location is impeccable. It's incredibly convenient for anyone visiting the Frankfurt Exhibition Center, and the surrounding transportation links are excellent, saving a lot of travel time. The natural light in the room was fantastic. During the day, it was bright and comfortable, instantly putting me in a good mood. What really surprised me was the view from the window. Both the daytime city streets and the bustling, charming night view after dark were stunning. Relaxing in the room at night, enjoying a drink while looking out at the scenery, was truly pleasant and atmospheric. The room's cleanliness, facilities, and the staff's attitude were all top-notch, making for a very reassuring stay. I'm extremely satisfied with this experience and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip or business travel to Frankfurt. I'll definitely choose this place again if I have the chance!"

"The surroundings are really convenient. There are small shops nearby, as well as high-rise buildings, offering a wide variety of choices for both food and shopping. I stayed for two nights and had a great experience, and the breakfast was also plentiful."

"It is located close to Frankfurt Central Station, and the bedding is clean. They provided free coffee while I was waiting for my train after checking out. The only downside is that the distance between the curtain and the window is quite far, so it seems like people on other floors could see in the shower; it would be great if this could be improved."

"Checked in 19 and out 20 Mar. Skyline Plaza (shopping complex) around 8 mins. Room amenities are limited. No toothbrush. Only 1 body and hair wash. No bedroom slippers. One bottle of mineral water. Breakfast was very crowded from 730am to 9am. Spread wise acceptable and typical European flavors - meats, eggs and cheese."

"I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip and I found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The location is a bit far from the city center, but this was not really a problem because there is a light rail station right at the front door. From there, it is very easy to reach the city center in a short time. This made traveling around simple and convenient, even though the hotel itself is outside the busy areas. The room was very clean and modern. Everything looked fresh and well maintained, which gave me a comfortable feeling during my stay. The bathroom was spotless, and the furniture felt new. I appreciated the effort the hotel made to keep the rooms tidy and welcoming. The only downside was the bed. The double bed was actually made by joining two single beds together. This was not very comfortable, especially when trying to sleep in the middle. It felt a little awkward and less relaxing compared to a proper double bed. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet location with easy transport to the city. Just be aware of the bed arrangement."

It's right next to the subway, so transportation is super convenient, and it's not in the bustling area near the main station where things can be a bit chaotic.
