Hotels near Munchen-Freiham Train Station, Munich

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

Parking is good, the front desk is not professional enough, there are too few breakfast options, the room is like an express hotel, and the price/performance ratio is average.

The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Pasing train station, and Pasing Arcaden is also quickly accessible. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, which severely disturbed my sleep as you could literally hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The double bed was made of two single mattresses with a gap in between. On Sunday, room service started cleaning the neighboring rooms and so on as early as 9 AM, making it impossible to sleep in. I didn't get a good night's sleep.

The room decoration is quite new, the facilities are very new, the hotel is in a quiet villa area, very quiet at night! And the hotel staff are all handsome German men, ** Zhi travels here together is very eye-catching

We loved our stay here at Miano! My husband and I were given the last room at the corner which was the largest room. The room was so spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was also well designed and showering there felt like a spa. Although the hotel provided limited breakfast (5.50€ for 1 pastry such as croissant or pretzel and a beverage of choice), we felt that it was reasonably priced and there were other external breakfast options that were provided too. The hotel is also located very close to the main train station, just about a 5min walk. There were also 2 large supermarkets next to the hotel. The only feedback we had was the cleanliness. Upon check in, we found some hair in the shower that was left by previous person and not washed away. That’s ok, we were not bothered. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at Miano and We will definitely stay here again!

Since there is no elevator, it is not recommended for wheelchairs or large luggage. But it is recommended for others. The toilet was shared, but it was cleaned properly and there was no discomfort. Of course the room is clean. There are both shared showers and indoor showers. There is no shampoo in the room. Please note that the indoor shower will not be drained unless you press the button at the bottom of the entrance. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to the center and 1 hours to the airport, but it is easy because you can go without transfer at S-Bahn. However, since the railway is suspended in Germany, it may be better to check if there is a schedule for suspension before booking (although it may still be suspended in a hurry).

Meine Mutter (87) war sehr überrascht über das Zimmer und seine Lage, da Sie früher immer in Privatpensionen unterwegs war. Ebenso die freundliche Bedienung im Frühstücksraum hat Sie überzeugt. Ein- und Auschecken ging schnell und reibungslos über die Bühne. Das Hotel hat zwar nur einen Frühstücks-Raum, aber außerhalb gibt es ein schönes Garten Restaurant mit deftigen Gerichten.

The hotel staff was very friendly, we needed to adjust the check-out time due to the itinerary, they were very warm and helped us, and the environment here was very good and quiet, and it was very comfortable to live.

Shortly after making the booking I contacted the hotel to confirm (I provided my name and the booking number). They told me my booking did not exist and I should check with Trip. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry, unfortunately, since we paid upfront. The issue was resolved by Trip very quickly. Late check-in after 10pm was no problem due to their convenient key-safe system (I requested this per Email). Parking in the area was easy enough to find (I believe they also have paid parking available). The carpeting in the room looked rather discoloured and unappealing (no carpet would be better), and the room had a strange, rather unpleasant smell. Kitchenette and fridge were nice extras. A kettle and coffee/tea in the room would be even better. Also, a communal water fountain for drinking would be nice (€2,50 for a small bottle seems a bit steep). The machine with instant coffee is a bonus (€2 perhaps also a bit steep), but there was no milk available on the first morning (only on day 2). The U6 is available from Klinik Großharding which is a short drive away (P+R available for €1.50/day). Overall a good, reasonably priced (except during Oktoberfest for example, when everything is way overpriced) place to stay, with the added convenience of a kitchenette and terrace or balcony. Bathroom was also reasonably sized. Staff were friendly.
