My stay at the Munich Art Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The decor is very stylish and there are many artworks adorning the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Munich Central Station. It's super easy to get anywhere in the city by train, subway, or tram, which is a real time-saver for travelers. The room rate was very affordable, and the room was cleaned daily, making for a very satisfying overall stay. The guy at the front desk was also really friendly and welcoming; he'd always greet me warmly whenever I came and went, which made me feel right at home. Plus, a free and generous breakfast was offered every morning. All in all, it's a hotel with a great location, reasonable prices, and a warm, personal touch. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

This was the first hotel of my seven-week trip. It was easy to get to from the airport by bus, and the room was spacious and practical. Even though it was on a high floor, the window was dirty and, for some reason, the external blinds were flimsy. However, the window itself was large, which was nice. But there was one major disappointment. One of the front desk women had such an unhelpful attitude that it made me wonder why she was even working there. I was clearly checking in, and her demeanor made me wonder if she was feeling unwell. I'm sure her colleagues also recognized that her customer service skills were clearly lacking. That was truly a shame. It wasn't even a matter of her just not smiling. It was a disappointing start to my trip.

This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

A hotel with a good location and a fashionable feeling in front of the station. It was good to have a sauna that can even take an outside air bath on the terrace. I happened to be able to stay at a cheap price, so I'm satisfied, but I think it's a little expensive at a normal price ... Well, Germany itself is expensive, so it can't be helped.

Near to main station, exit from nord exit for a shorter walk. Also a few steps away from the metro station. There is a tram at the door, which is convenient. We were given a corner room with king size bed. The room layout was however awkward, with very little walking space and space for luggage. The toilet was also very small. The mini bar (with coffee machine) was placed in a cabinet, without lighting, which was quite odd. The wifi in this room was not good, could only get signals near the toilet. We had a second room on the other side of the corridor, and the wifi worked well. As the room is near the tram, it was not quiet at night. You could consider the same hotel on the other street for a quieter room (which we also stayed before). However, service was good and we appreciated the amenities in the room. It was a good night sleep.

The location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and it's only about a 20-minute ride from there to Munich Central Station, which is very convenient. Right outside the metro station, there's a shopping mall, and a budget supermarket (LIDL) can be accessed directly from the back entrance of the mall. The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in.

The service was good, there was free luggage storage, the room facilities were in good condition, the air conditioning was strong, the room was a bit small, but our wallets were also small. Don't go out too late, the surrounding streets don't seem very safe.

Very close location for access to and from central Munich bus and train station. Also it was very easy to walk to museums, galleries and old town from the hotel. Immediate area around the hotel is as you would expect being so close to a central location - it's a bit grimy but honestly we didn't feel unsafe. The hotel room was a decent size and very clean. There was an electric kettle but no coffee and no cups to use - for the room rate I think these should be included. Staff at the hotel were really lovely - the lady at reception lent us her personal umbrella for the day when it was raining. Hotel also has it's own beer brewed downstairs which is excellent 👌🏻
