"We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel. Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful! We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable. The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town. Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received. Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels. Don’t hesitate….value for money! Picture is of the tram…5-6 mins walk and approx 20 mins into centre of town every 15 minutes ish"

"Superior Double Room 1. Self Check-in Automat is very self-conscious, presents as birth year 2008 and cannot be corrected. All data already entered during the booking are not automatically available, but must be entered again. 2. Door closed without function, good half hour waiting for housemaster. There are left-hand telephone slips before reaching the hotline/noise number, I don't understand this under an emergency number. It would have been better to provide an alternative room immediately. 3. No invoice corresponding to the booking / the amount paid. (Invoice amount is 20% lower than the invoice amount. What is that for a booking / you could also use the word fraud and/or tax evasion. As a business traveler, this is a whole disaster Conclusion: as a business traveler, the hotel is completely inappropriate"

"Super clean and super service 👍 that makes the equipment coming back in the years bet. From the highway to reach well and direct connection to the ÖPNV direction center. We were very happy, again at any time. Very good price-performance ratio"

"The room with balcony and windows to the indoor courtyard was small but very attractive. The location is a little away from the center but good connection to the transportation.  We were there with the car, unfortunately not as described on the homepage, there was no parking in the street. Thank God we got a place against extra payment, 5.00 Euro on a separate closed place, about 400 m away. We liked to adopt them. Without them we would actually have not known where with our car. That should be described honestly on the hotel side. Otherwise everything is okay. So please again"

"Travel24 Hotel Leipzig – Great Location & Smooth Stay! We stayed at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig for two nights and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient and hassle-free everything was. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even offers its own private parking. Just a tip: the parking works on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s smart to arrive earlier if you want to secure a spot, as it cannot be guaranteed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot Leipzig weather. All in all, our stay at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig was enjoyable, practical, and convenient. We would happily consider staying here again for another city trip!"

"The Radisson advertises a new strategy that offers less cleaning and service in an environmentally friendly way. Beds aren't made, cleaning only happens every three days, nothing is replenished, and things aren't even checked. Of course, you can report this to reception, and then someone (supposedly) comes. But that doesn't always work. The reception, in turn, is rarely, if ever, reachable by phone. If you go downstairs, you often only see one employee who is completely overwhelmed. Check-in can then take up to 30 minutes. The service in the adjoining restaurant is simply terrible. It's closed for days at a time—so you can't eat or drink anything there, even though it's advertised as being open. The employee was extremely unfriendly, but that can happen. The breakfast service was very good. In conclusion: As a frequent traveler, I would never choose this hotel again, never recommend it, and I'm really annoyed."

"The room was really big and clean! Even though I only stayed for one night, I wished I could have stayed longer! There was also a kettle and a small kitchen. It's close to the station, so I think it's very accessible!"
