Bed and toilet door needed to be tightend as they were very noisy an vending machine gave the wrong product but staff was not helpful. I think the ”service-lack” was due to understaffing. "Less than 15 min walk to city centre in snow. Room was nice and warm with the cold outside. Could fill up my thermosflask with hot water in the breakfast area for free. Was a bit disappointed that you could only stream to big television with Apple-devices. Would have been great to watch a movie on that screen warm and cozy in bed."

"I arrived early, so I went to the hotel hoping to leave my luggage there first. I was upgraded to an available room and was able to check in early, which was very helpful. However, I was disappointed that they forgot to prepare the room for cleaning, etc. (Although they responded immediately.)"
