Always a pleasure to return! We visit several times a year and always feel incredibly comfortable. The service is consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. We especially want to highlight the breakfast team – they always offer a warm welcome and excellent service. A new addition is a small evening menu, which we haven't tried yet. A buffet on Friday or Saturday would be a nice extra, but it's by no means essential. Thanks to the superb location, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is very diverse and offers something for every taste. Our only minor critique is that the grain rolls could be a bit better. However, since there's also delicious bread available, it's a very small point for us. The sauna area is the only part we personally don't use. It strikes us as a bit cold and uninviting. With more appealing design or decor, it could definitely gain some atmosphere. For us, this isn't a deal-breaker, as we use the neighboring thermal baths anyway, which we also highly recommend. A direct bathrobe access to the thermal baths would, of course, be an added bonus. Another major advantage is the location: the shopping center is just a five-minute walk away. There, you can shop extensively, dine out, and then visit the directly connected cinema. Overall, the location is simply perfect for a wellness, shopping, and cinema weekend with good food – and everything is conveniently accessible on foot. We always love coming back here and feel completely at ease.

The room's interior was modern and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, and the bathroom was clean and easy to use. While parking reservations aren't possible, it's available for €12 per day if space is available, which I think is a reasonable price. Breakfast was a bit disappointing because the food was cold, but overall, the variety and quality were standard and satisfactory.

I am very excited!! Bus stop right in front of the door, through the good windows is the noise of the street not to hear. Super large cut room with everything you need. Clean. Unfortunately, Ging didn't get out of air conditioning or air conditioning and had to sleep all nights with cold air train. I told you it should be taken care of it, but the problem was back there after a few minutes.

Booked for 3 nights to attend a Rammstein concert in nearby Gelsenkirchen. A little out of the way (11km from Gelsenkirchen itself) but a really laid back atmosphere. As my German is very rusty, I was grateful to see that several members of reception spoke English. Although their website states they have a restaurant, it appears that it’s only a continental breakfast and no lunches or dinners available. Anyone who has travelled to Germany, knows that a Sunday basically means hardly anywhere is open. As a disabled traveller, walking into the local area was out of the question, so had to scramble to check food delivery apps to see who would actually be able to deliver. This was frustrating to those who don’t drive in European countries or have the ability to walk very far. However, the staff were very helpful and did try to assist where and whenever possible. Should I return to this beautiful area of Germany, I would still wish to stay here, just knowing that you can breakfast here and eat out or have takeout delivered for lunch and dinner.

The room is good, there is a washing machine, microwave oven, hot water bottle, etc., no front desk, direct doorbell communication, more convenient, location is not obvious, on the right side of the lide, not relying on the road.
