"I stayed in a 2-person female dorm, and it was actually great that they assigned me with another Korean. It could have been awkward, but it wasn't a problem. The single bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit narrow and the room was small, making it difficult to open my suitcase, but it was still okay. The bathroom cleanliness was good too, and the location was quiet and nice. One thing to note is that there's a charge to store luggage in the lockers."

"The front desk offered candy and complimentary lemonade. The triple room was spacious with good lighting and excellent amenities. The only minor drawback was the bathroom lighting, which was just okay."

"It was close to the Messe and within walking distance, which was great. You can walk to Frankfurt Station if you want, and it's also just a short bus or train ride away. I think the area is safer than the station. They don't clean the room unless you request it, but even when they tell me to tell the cleaning staff, I've never met them... On the last night, the alarm in my room suddenly started going off for an unknown reason and didn't stop for a while, which surprised me. It stopped once, but started again a few minutes later and was quite loud. The person in the next room also went outside, so no one really knew what was going on. It was good that it eventually stopped, but they never gave me any explanation as to what had caused it."

"I forgot to take the photo of bed. Staffs are nice and welcoming, and breakfast is included. 3-5 minutes on foot to walk from the Hbf. Also nice location to get to Main river(8-10 minutes) I found there is a scale right before the exit door. You can weigh your suitcase with it."

"My colleague, who was staying on the 6th floor, left for a meal, and while he was gone, all the cash – both dollars and Vietnamese dong – was stolen from his wallet which was left on the table. Based on the situation, we suspect it was housekeeping because there was a cleaning cart near the room at the time, and despite having the 'do not disturb' sign on, there were signs of someone having entered and left. The problem is that the main door doesn't close properly unless you push it. Even after going down to the lobby and speaking with the manager, there was no improvement, no culprit found, and no compensation provided. This is because, due to hotel policy to protect guests' privacy, they don't have security cameras, so they couldn't find any evidence of someone entering or leaving the room, other than the guest's own card entry/exit records (via a special red chip). Anyway, this was a business trip, not a vacation, and this incident happened on the second day of our short 5-night, 6-day stay, which was very disappointing, and I'm extremely let down by the Capri hotel chain. I will not use this hotel chain again due to security concerns. For Korean travelers, many of you stay here because it's a brand chain, but please be careful with your valuables and wallets. You absolutely must carry them with you."

"I had a great stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and key attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room was well maintained and the amenities were excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt."

"Was satisfied with the services provided (check-in, enquires,dinning and bar). The breakfast provided is great. Theres gym provided at the top level. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair at the time of stay."

"Everything was good starting with the reception and a very cute and friendly girl there. The room was big and very clean. The location is just near the bars and nightclubs. You can take a walk near the river or cross the bridge and go to the old town. It takes only 10-12 minutes. There are several shops and supermarkets in 5 minutes walking. And you can find a very good pizza in pizzeria Milano just a few minutes away. The breakfast was fine but not so many options. And of course you should know that it it a vegetarian breakfast. I loved this hotel. Thank you for this beautiful weekend."
