"I did not have a good experience at this hotel at all. Firstly, the hotel had no air conditioning during days when the temperature reached around 40°C, making the rooms extremely uncomfortable. Secondly, the skylight window in our room was faulty. It repeatedly opened and closed by itself throughout the night, creating loud noises that made it very difficult for us to sleep. To make matters worse, the gentleman at the front desk had a poor attitude towards guests. I found him to be rude and arrogant, which made me feel neither welcome nor valued as a customer. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others."

"The location is great because it is right in front of the tourist attraction. However, the room size is a business hotel room size and is compact. Breakfast is simple as expected from a European business hotel."

"I was staying at the hotel in order to watch my daughter competing at the World Champs for Rhythmic Gymnastics. It was super convenient to the Festhalle as well as the Skyline shopping center. It was within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be close to the Festhalle."

"We stayed during the Easter Weekend at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the stay feel extra special. They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for me was the spa, it was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind. Another big plus is the location, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lovely bars, making it easy to enjoy the city without going far. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.❤️"

Great location as it's only walking distance tonwalk around to the old district, the river bank and all the central location. I was struggling booking a place near the train station but glad I didnt as there is full of drunkies and *******. The area feels safe, and it's within walking distance of tourist attractions with plenty of restaurants nearby. The facilities are basic, but perfectly fine if you're not looking for luxury in a hotel. The lack of a security chain on the door was a bit concerning, but the lobby seemed to be staffed around the clock, and the other guests didn't give off a bad vibe, so I guess it really depends on your perspective."
