"Excellent hotel with a phenomenal breakfast which contains all possible including Vegan cut. The room is also equipped with some free benefits such as water cookers, teas, water, chips,... Just recommend around!"

"Super convenient, whether you're heading to the airport or the city center, it's just a three-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Amazingly, there are three decent-sized supermarkets within 100 meters. For food, Arabian BBQ is the main option (and it's delicious), but there's also an Asian buffet nearby that's around €20 for lunch and €30 for dinner. If you're into fitness, TRU Fitness is close by, and a day pass is only €10, which is a great deal. The hotel doesn't have a water dispenser, and you only get one large complimentary bottle of water, but the front desk said the tap water is drinkable. Conclusion: I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hamburg."

"Stayed for five nights, excellent value for money. As a family of three, we were given a triple room, and our child was thrilled to have a separate small bed. Breakfasts were quite rich every morning. When booking through Trip.com, the front desk confirmed that the city tax was already included, so we didn't have to pay any extra fees. The room was cleaned daily, and we had a kettle. Towels were also promptly replaced. Plus, we were given a room with an amazing view, overlooking the Elbphilharmonie and the Ferris wheel! The location is very convenient, with the S-Bahn station situated perfectly between my husband's office and the city center. The park downstairs is fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"Hi, despite Benny's best efforts in Berlin, I was NOT able to complete the stupid check-in procedure with my cell phone. Only a nice man from the restaurant helped me with his mobile phone, which took about 1 hour. Turns out I was using the Mi browser and not Chrome!!!! In addition, I had no internet on the way and only got the check-in data from Benny. So much too late!!!! This impersonal, anonymous check-in procedure is just annoying, not customer-friendly and time-consuming!!! I will only book another hotel with a human at the reception!! What would have happened if I hadn't got human help??? Was I then allowed to sleep in the foyer? Otherwise the room was okay. Only no drinks etc. were refilled."

"The location is super, I think! There are good connections to the metro and railway the bus stop is around the corner. Buss drive every 20 min. The hotel is good for the price. The staff at reception is very friendly. The room was clean only holding on the window bank is dust, therefore only 4 points for cleanness. We can't write anything about breakfast. We didn't have. Otherwise we are very satisfied with the hotel. So, for such a price top!"

"We were there for the fourth time. And the last time. The service has deteriorated with each stay. Just like the breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel has become more expensive. The rooms are still very clean and modern. You have to expect noise from the subway and S-Bahn at night. We always accepted that because the service and breakfast used to be so great. Not anymore. At reception I had the feeling I was disturbing them. And they offer that if you don't have your towels changed you should get a surprise. We are still waiting for the surprise......"

"As a young female who travels solo, I felt very safe staying here. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location is great. Easy access to the S and U bahn (approx a 10 min walk) which will take you into the city centre. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were also really comfortable. I will recommend this to my friends/family when they visit Hamburg."
