"Nude hotel without any individual and personal note. Steril relatively small and uncomfortable entrance area. The large, light and decorated terrace to the curtain park is very beautifully located, the dining and breakfast room does not take advantage of the opportunities it offers and has the charm of a waiting room. The rooms are relatively small. There is no comfortable seating. The rooms to the Kurpark have a beautiful view, while the rooms to the much-beached road and railway line offer a sad view. After our experience during the 5-tday stay, the staff at the reception manages more than to care for the guests.Partly also arrogant, unlike very friendly and helpful staff in the breakfast room. The breakfast itself is at least average, not a comparison, e.g. to the much wider offer at the Dorint Hotel in Hamburg Eppendorf and that at the same price.
Although the hotel has direct access to a deep garage, which is not part of the hotel, but must be used in this way in all interests, and therefore in any interim leave, The hotel is located in the garage, and the hotel is located in the nearby garage.
It is unforståeligt, at this new hotel, at least little to try to make an older or physically restrained person. The toilets in the rooms are too deeply placed ( here you could at least keep a simple seat elevation), there are no stops and also in the showers.
The hotel may be in conformity with the formal requirements of a 4-star hotel, but in general it does not."
"Everything was great. The location was perfect for us because of its proximity to the consulate. I just missed having slippers for going into the sauna. But the spa area was also very nice and clean. We were completely satisfied for our one-night stay and even had two adjoining rooms with a connecting door."

"The price of the hotel is not expensive, and the location is OK. The hotel is a bit old, but I slept well and the bed felt OK. The facilities are all available, but there are no toiletries. You have to bring your own slippers."
"Germany is my third business trip, but the price here was so good.
The counter staff couldn't get off work because of us even after the work time.
It was quiet and I woke up in the morning and opened the window, and it was nice to have a gossip atmosphere."
"Good location, affordable price, everything is suitable. If you don't go to hotels in other European countries, this is the most cost-effective one. Recommended! Stay at ease!"
"The room was good, the service friendly and with a Uber we were fast at our destination. The deep garage for guests found as a bit expensive, but for the Frankfurt circle not surprising. The relaxation was too short, as we were busy on the arrival day, but the checkout was only at 12 p.m. on the departure day, but the sauna would only open again from 17 p.m."
"The front desk lady Anmeldung looked a little unhappy, maybe she was in a bad mood today or not feeling well, the hotel room facilities are very different, my colleague is very fashionable on the first floor, but the second floor looks to be improved, maybe the hotel is planning."

Amazing
EEutamaThe Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay. Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down. This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights. U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay. Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot. However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.
AAnonymous UserIt's on par with a typical budget hotel in China, nothing special but decent. It's not too far from the train station, about a 15-minute walk. There's a mall and a large supermarket nearby, which is quite convenient, though the immediate area isn't very lively.
DDduolinThe front desk was welcoming and everything else was good. The only drawback was that the breakfast options were a little limited, and there was no German sausage.
YYuchuangchuangI stayed in a smart room for my business trip, and the cleanliness was very satisfying. The bedding was clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. The smart devices in the room were easy and intuitive to operate, creating a good environment for business work. The surroundings were relatively quiet, perfect for resting after traveling. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was responsive. The facilities were generally complete and met my business needs. The location near the airport was excellent, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I recommend it for business travelers.
Ppdp11This is a functional hotel where the things that need to work do work. The hotel is part of a chain and they have a template they use around the world. It's nothing fancy but good enough for a comfortable stay.
It's clean, bed is comfortable, internet speed is fine, a desk, ethernet cable for wired internet, hot water, good water pressure, fridge, and a Japanese style toilet!
If two people are staying, you can't use wash basin and shower at the same time. A lever controls where the water goes.
The breakfast is generally good. There's oat milk and a good plain muesli without sugar. They spoilt this by adding chocolate chips after a few days. There's a good variety of German bread but the darker, healthier variety went too quickly.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the kitchen staff.
There's a nice area to sit outside during breakfast.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was very nice because it’s close to the city center. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately, my room was close to the main street, which caused some disturbance due to car noise during the night and early morning.
GGuest UserThe Frankfurt Airport hotel boasts an unbeatable location. The facilities are clean, and the service is excellent. Breakfast offers a wide variety of nutritious options, and the soundproofing is great. Plus, there's a free shuttle. It's a comfortable stay for a layover and offers great value for money.
VVictorjiayeThe surroundings are really convenient. There are small shops nearby, as well as high-rise buildings, offering a wide variety of choices for both food and shopping. I stayed for two nights and had a great experience, and the breakfast was also plentiful.
SSwaterfieldA little off the beaten path but still in a relatively nice location. About a 15 min walk to central downtown or a 2-3min metro ride. Nice grocery stores and restaurants in the general area. The room itself was small but comfy. The bathroom had a small shower with amazing water pressure and super hot water. Was quiet at night and had a comfy bed. Overall, nice for the price.
