Stylish city hotel with wellness factor The NYX Hotel Erfurt has convinced me around. The location is super – central, well accessible and ideal for exploring the old town and attractions. I particularly liked the modern, creative design with urban flair, which gives the hotel a very own character. The rooms were clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Confortable beds, a quiet atmosphere and thoughtful details ensure a pleasant stay. The bathroom was also modern and maintained. The staff was very friendly, careful and helpful – you feel welcome immediately. Breakfast offers a good choice and is of high quality, so there is something for every taste.

The hotel is located close to the train station, 120 meters walk to the train station, convenient to travel, walking distance from the old city attractions, the hotel is clean, safe, grinding coffee and tea are free for 24 hours. The hotel room size is average, the facilities are a bit simple, there is no bottled water in the room, no toiletries, and you need a toothbrush to contact the front desk. The bathroom space is OK. The hotel cleans the room every three days.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train station. To the city centre it is about 10 minutes walk. The room was clean and the service at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We can't say anything about breakfast because we have breakfast outside. I would certainly recommend the hotel and choose it again.

Ca 15 min vom Hbf fußläufig entfernt, direkt am Eingang zur Altstadt, ca 10min bis zur Krämerbrücke, sehr sauber, etwas hellhörig zum Flur, wirkt neu renoviert, Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich, Spinde gegen Kaution für Gepäck verfügbar, reichhaltiges Frühstück auch mit Gluten freien Alternativen, Dusche/Waschbecken direkt im Schlafraum, Toilette extra, Zimmerreinigung nur alle 3 Tage , Wasserkocher/Kaffee oa gibt es nicht, Duschgel vorhanden, Zimmerabdunklung super, passt zu einem Kurztrip!

The organization of the breakfast buffet takes some getting used to (at 9:30 AM, there were no boiled eggs, and only one 250g stick of butter for the entire buffet, placed on the cheese board). The cutlery containers on the tables should be stocked so that guests don't have to fetch their needed cutlery from an adjacent table, which then leaves others short. Despite these points, the hotel is definitely recommended. We'd happily come back.

Very nice hotel. Super located. Directly in the old town and near historical buildings and attractions. A lot of shops and gastronomy nearby. Rooms and equipment very nice. I'll like to book again there.

The hotel is really good. The city is only 15 minutes walking distance or about 5 minutes by tram, which is just in the vicinity. There is a small supermarket (tegut) near the hotel. Otherwise, everything is to say as usual. It was clean, and the rooms were furnished as you know from B&B. A small advantage specifically in this hotel is that the double rooms can only be placed individually because of fire protection requirements. There is more room for you. I have to give a small deduction. The hotel has air conditioning. But I couldn't control this one myself (probably because it was just mid-April) I'd like to sleep cold, so I'm at the reception and asked if you could turn off the central control. It was also confirmed immediately, but I couldn't control the air conditioning then. It has still not worked after again asking. I was there as said in April. Then it is not so dramatic, but if this is also supposed to be so in summer, then well ... But this is a point that others probably do not see, but I want to mention it. All in all a reasonable hotel, just typical B&B. You can spend a few nights there wonderfully.

Das Zimmer war gut, das Bett bequem, das Bad groß. Leider fehlten irgendwie so dinge wie n Wasserkocher Kaffee für den ersten Kaffee bevor man zum Frühstück geht. Dafür gabs Bademantel und Schlappen sowie extra Kissen im Zimmer.

The hotel room left a deep impression on me! See the real chapter in the details: the bed is clean and odorless, the towels are fluffy and soft, and the quality of toiletries is good. The room has good lighting and a wide view. Special praise service: the front desk responded promptly, the room was cleaned meticulously and thoughtfully, and the small problems encountered (such as WiFi switching) were quickly solved. The room is fully equipped (minibar, safe, etc.), and easy to use. The overall environment is quiet and the rest quality is high. Although the price is not the lowest, the quality environment and service are completely worth the price and it is a very pleasant stay experience!

Ich habe ein Zimmer auf der Krämerbrücke gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und hübsch eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Doppelbett, einen Schrank, einen Eckschreibtisch und ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche. Wir hatten das Zimmer 171. Das hat den Blick direkt zur Gotthardt Str. raus und auf das kleine Flüsschen an der Krämerbrücke. Einen kleinen ”Makel” wenn man es überhaupt so nennen will, hat das Zimmer. Es ist nicht barrierefrei. Da sich das Zimmer im historischen Nebengebäude befindet durfte dort baulich nichts verändert werden. Das heißt es gibt dort keinen Fahrstuhl. Der Flur oder vielleicht auch eher das Wohnzimmer zu den jeweiligen Schlafzimmer (Räumen) ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Leider war es abends, wenn man schlafen wollte, nicht möglich die Fenster offen zu lassen, da manche Jugendliche (vornehmlich) der Meinung sind da unten noch Party machen zu müssen, ohne Rücksicht auf irgendwas zu nehmen. Am Samstag gab es auf dem Marktplatz Live-Musik. Wirklich super schön. Das hört man auch auf der andere Seite noch :-) Jetzt zum Bett. Das Bett war sehr angenehm zum schlafen. Die Mattratze hätte für meinen persönlichen Geschmack noch ein klein wenig härter sein dürfen, war aber auch so völlig in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden vom Fön, über Kosmetiktücher, über Handtücher und Duschvorleger sowie Bodylotion, Shampoo und Duschgel. Seife für die Hände gab es selbstverständlich auch :-) Was ich mir noch wünschen würde, wäre ein Safe. Im Schrank haben wir ”nur” einen Ventilator gefunden. Zum Frühstück ging es dann wieder in da Haupthaus zurück. Auch dort kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich und sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Es gibt noch, neben den Kaffeekannen auf dem Tisch, einen Kaffeeautomaten wo man auch Sachen wie Espresso und Cappuccino usw. bekommt. Der Service beim Ein- und Auschecken war auch sehr freundlich und nett. Ein ganz besonderen Dank und besonderes Lob möchte ich noch mal an das Hotel bzw. das Büro richten für die Hilfsbereitschaft. Ich hatte angefragt, ob sie so lieb wären mir ein Ticket, was ich kurzfristig gebucht hatte vor Ort, auszudrucken. Das wurde ohne wenn und aber gemacht und mir auch per Mail bestätigt. Mein Fazit: Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Wer etwas Schwierigkeiten mit dem Laufen oder gehbehindert ist, sollte sich lieber ein Zimmer im Haupthaus nehmen, da man dort die Zimmer mit dem Aufzug erreichen kann. Für das Nebengebäude bzw. um in die ersten Zimmer zu kommen, muss man in die 2. Etage. Es gibt übrigens in den Zimmern auch einen Wasserkocher sowie Tee, Kaffee (löslich) und Milchpulver und Zucker sowie zur Anreise Wasser. Das ist ebenfalls noch mal ein kleiner netter Service. Auf den Betten lagen kleine Haribo-Tütchen zur Begrüßung. :-) Wie gesagt, sehr zu empfehlen.
