"Super convenient, whether you're heading to the airport or the city center, it's just a three-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Amazingly, there are three decent-sized supermarkets within 100 meters. For food, Arabian BBQ is the main option (and it's delicious), but there's also an Asian buffet nearby that's around €20 for lunch and €30 for dinner. If you're into fitness, TRU Fitness is close by, and a day pass is only €10, which is a great deal. The hotel doesn't have a water dispenser, and you only get one large complimentary bottle of water, but the front desk said the tap water is drinkable. Conclusion: I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hamburg."

"The hotel is very well located, with quick access to the bus and subway. The exit leads through a gas station, and due to traffic, you can only take the right turn or follow a triangle until you get to the desired direction. Once you know where to go, everything's fine. The service is very friendly, and the cleaning team is very attentive and great. The rooms are a bit small; for three people, including a wheelchair user, you should ask if there are larger areas. Nevertheless, everything worked well, and we had a pleasant stay."

"We were there for the fourth time. And the last time. The service has deteriorated with each stay. Just like the breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel has become more expensive. The rooms are still very clean and modern. You have to expect noise from the subway and S-Bahn at night. We always accepted that because the service and breakfast used to be so great. Not anymore. At reception I had the feeling I was disturbing them. And they offer that if you don't have your towels changed you should get a surprise. We are still waiting for the surprise......"

"As a young female who travels solo, I felt very safe staying here. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location is great. Easy access to the S and U bahn (approx a 10 min walk) which will take you into the city centre. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were also really comfortable. I will recommend this to my friends/family when they visit Hamburg."

"Location: Bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach the central station in half an hour. The hotel is quite clean, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The design of the bedside lamp is very uncomfortable. It’s not on the side but at the back of the bed. You may hurt your head or back if you want to leaning. We don’t have the time to enjoy the sauna or fitness so nothing to share about this."

"The location is super, I think! There are good connections to the metro and railway the bus stop is around the corner. Buss drive every 20 min. The hotel is good for the price. The staff at reception is very friendly. The room was clean only holding on the window bank is dust, therefore only 4 points for cleanness. We can't write anything about breakfast. We didn't have. Otherwise we are very satisfied with the hotel. So, for such a price top!"

"Check-out is strictly at 12 PM, with no late check-out allowed. This isn't ideal for those with late-night flights. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly, and complimentary water was provided. The room itself was generally clean and tidy, featuring a refrigerator which was handy for storing purchased fruits and other food items. There's street parking available, and the hotel is very close to the airport. I've stayed here before."

"The room is very good. The location is not far from the subway station. There are supermarkets such as rewe dm around it. It is very convenient and fast. There are also many restaurants around it. It is very convenient to eat. It's very good!"

"It was very strange that the key card here uses a red light and multiple beeps to open the room door. Normally, hotels would just have a green light and one beep to enter. Here, you have to wait for the light and beeps to finish flashing before you can enter. At first, I thought the key card wasn't working, so I went to the front desk to ask for a new card or a different room. It was very comfortable, and I appreciated the glow-in-the-dark star stickers on the ceiling. However, there were no tissues provided, and no laundry service."
