"I've stayed here many times! My recent short stay in Changsha with friends was fantastic! The front desk staff are warm and patient, the price is very reasonable, and the hallway carpets really cut down on noise. The room was clean and odor-free, everything was new, the AC cooled down quickly, and there was a great variety of toiletries. The laundry room was convenient to use, and for extended stays, they clean the room daily. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Changsha."
"The hotel's front desk service was excellent, very accommodating and responsive to all requests. The breakfast was also delicious, and the room was quiet. The staff, both the young men and women, were very kind."
"I have been doing a strategy before coming to Changsha. Xiaohongshu turned it over and finally chose this hotel. It takes 6-7 minutes to walk from the subway. Downstairs is a street of rice noodles, a lot of food. The room I lived in was very quiet. If it was not enough, it should be a little smaller, but it was clean and tidy. I will choose here next time I come to play. I booked three rooms with my family and everyone was very satisfied."
"Our stay at your hotel was excellent. The environment was elegant and spotless, and the service was professional and attentive. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with full amenities, and the location made getting around very convenient. It truly enhanced our trip, and we're very grateful.
The value for money was outstanding. The room facilities were complete and functional, and the bathroom had comfortable water pressure. The common areas were clean and elegant. The staff were gentle and courteous, paying attention to every detail. Parking and getting around were both very convenient. Overall, the experience was fantastic and definitely worth coming back for."
"Staying at this hotel during my trip was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. All the nearby attractions and great food spots are just a stone's throw away.
The hotel itself is warm and comfortable, with a stylish and well-designed interior. The public areas are spotless and tidy, which really helps you relax. My room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was exceptionally thorough. The bedding was so soft and cozy, once I lay down, I didn't want to get up!
The soundproofing was excellent; it was wonderfully quiet at night, allowing for a truly restful sleep to recharge. The staff were very friendly and responsive to any requests, showing great attentiveness. The value for money here is outstanding – everything from the ambiance and service to the cleanliness was top-notch. My stay here was perfect, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
"I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the sanitation and facilities were excellent. Plus, there's free parking, and it's very close to the subway station. Overall, it completely exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I'll definitely stay here again. Very satisfied!"
"The location is very convenient, very close to Yuelu Mountain Orange Island Head, there are many delicious foods nearby, the price is cheap, it is recommended, you can live here next time, praise praise"
"Overall, it was decent, with both pros and cons. Let's start with the good things: the front desk service was excellent. They could provide almost anything we needed. When my feet got sore from walking too much, the front desk had band-aids and iodine swabs. They also offered various small fans and cooling patches. Every day, we received a complimentary cocktail and late-night congee. The room was very spacious, and the smart home system was convenient to use. However, the soundproofing wasn't great. There was construction going on downstairs at night, so it's not suitable for light sleepers. We could hear conversations from the next room quite clearly if they were a bit loud at night (but when I called the front desk that night, the issue was resolved quickly, so their service attitude was still very good). The cleanliness was just okay. During my three-night stay, one evening a small bug flew onto my bath towel 😭. The water in the bathroom wasn't great either; when I first turned on the tap, it smelled really bad and needed to run for a while before I could shower."
"I extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable.
They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again."
"We chose this hotel for our trip to Changsha with the kids, and the location was incredibly convenient. It's within walking distance to IFS and Wuyi Square, and taking the subway to other attractions was a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were complete. The laundry room on the 8th floor was very practical for washing and drying clothes, which was a huge relief for our travels. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel even offered complimentary drinks. Overall, our stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it for families with children!"

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying here, and according to the driver, it's an older, established hotel, but the facilities seem to have been newly renovated. The service was excellent and very professional. I was traveling with my sister, and they specifically arranged our three rooms on the same floor, which was super convenient. The rooms themselves were perfectly arranged, clean, and tidy. The check-out process was quick, and we were even able to get a late check-out. I also really liked the photo-op activity in the lobby. Especially staff members #1 and #10, their service was incredibly nice!
GGuest UserOn a whim, I came to Changsha and chose the top-ranked hotel on Trip.com. The service was absolutely fantastic, I really don't understand how anyone could write a negative review. The staff were so warm and attentive. The breakfast and supper options were incredibly fresh, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. We stayed for two nights and got to enjoy different dishes each day, which was a real treat. With two kids, we spent almost all our time at the hotel. Changsha was just too hot, so we could only go out in the evenings. Coming back to the hotel for supper after exploring was great, and it was really good value for money – they even prepared three servings for both breakfast and supper for us!
Suggestion: The owner should consider getting a shuttle bus. There's a bit of a distance between the metro station and the hotel, which would also make it easier for the concierge to help with luggage.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a unique charm and a strong sense of history. The service is exceptional, and the room facilities are brand new. They pay attention to all the details, like providing disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners for a relaxing soak. They even offer slippers and toiletries for children. There's a complimentary late-night congee and afternoon tea every day, and the breakfast sets are incredibly varied and delicious!
GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is excellent, making it convenient for transportation and dining. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, with a stable hot water supply. The overall environment was quiet, leading to a high quality of rest. It offers good value for money, and my stay was pleasant and satisfying. I will prioritize this hotel for future trips and highly recommend it to others.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭
GGuest UserThe room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.
GGuest UserBooked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent for exploring Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, both directly accessible by subway. Downstairs, you'll find the bustling Wuyi business district, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room's bedding was comfortable, and the night view of the Xiangjiang River was beautiful. I appreciated the smart room controls and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The only minor issue was the slow elevators, but the hotel staff were quick to respond when I brought it up, which was understandable. Overall, everything else was great.
0007xiangxiangI brought my child to Changsha for this trip, and our overall experience at this hotel was perfect – I highly recommend it for families!
📍 Excellent Location: It's close to the subway station, within walking distance to Wuyi Square and Chaozong Street, making it super convenient to get to Yuelu Mountain, Orange Isle, and Hunan Provincial Museum. It really saves time and effort for sightseeing and exploring local eateries.
🧹 Impeccable Cleanliness and Attention to Detail: The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and fluffy. The mattress had just the right firmness, making it incredibly refreshing to lie down and rest after a day of exploring. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, allowing for a quiet and full night's sleep even in the bustling city, ensuring my child's rest wasn't disturbed.
🙋 Thoughtful and Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm and patient, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. They were also very kind to my child. Housekeeping was responsive and promptly addressed any requests.
🛏 Complete Facilities: The air conditioning, hot water, and bathroom facilities worked perfectly. The room was spacious and not cramped, with plenty of room for luggage. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Changsha!
GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
