The front desk staff are warm and patient, the price is very reasonable, and the hallway carpets really cut down on noise. The room was clean and odor-free, everything was new, the AC cooled down quickly, and there was a great variety of toiletries. The laundry room was convenient to use, and for extended stays, they clean the room daily. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Changsha."

Downstairs is a street of rice noodles, a lot of food. The room I lived in was very quiet. If it was not enough, it should be a little smaller, but it was clean and tidy. I will choose here next time I come to play. I booked three rooms with my family and everyone was very satisfied."

"Overall, it was decent, with both pros and cons. Let's start with the good things: the front desk service was excellent. They could provide almost anything we needed. When my feet got sore from walking too much, the front desk had band-aids and iodine swabs. They also offered various small fans and cooling patches. Every day, we received a complimentary cocktail and late-night congee. The room was very spacious, and the smart home system was convenient to use. However, the soundproofing wasn't great. There was construction going on downstairs at night, so it's not suitable for light sleepers. We could hear conversations from the next room quite clearly if they were a bit loud at night (but when I called the front desk that night, the issue was resolved quickly, so their service attitude was still very good). The cleanliness was just okay. During my three-night stay, one evening a small bug flew onto my bath towel 😭. The water in the bathroom wasn't great either; when I first turned on the tap, it smelled really bad and needed to run for a while before I could shower."

"I extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable. They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again."
