I genuinely want to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! From check-in to check-out, my entire experience was incredibly comfortable. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were all highly professional, friendly, and approachable. The hotel's location is easy to find, directly accessible by navigation, with excellent transportation links all around. It's close to both scenic spots and commercial areas, making getting around super convenient and effortless. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with a well-planned layout and tidy furnishings; everything was neatly arranged and easy to find. The hygiene was impeccable; every corner was spotless, and the bedding was clean, dry, free of stains, and odorless, making my stay feel secure and worry-free. The air conditioning was powerful for both cooling and heating, maintaining a comfortable room temperature, which maximized my comfort. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, with a good balance of meat and vegetables for a nutritious meal, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Parking was convenient with plenty of spaces, so I had no worries about driving. The overall environment was clean and elegant, with great attention to detail. The value for money is outstanding, absolutely worth every penny, and I highly recommend it to all travelers!

Room Amenities: We checked in pretty late, past 10 PM, coming from Guangzhou, but seeing the room instantly made us feel it was worth it. The bathtub, king-size bed, and bedside sofa were all super comfortable. The bathtub by the window, offering city views at night and scenic views during the day, was absolutely top-notch. The room lighting created a natural ambiance, and it was fully equipped with a TV and a workspace, even stationery supplies – a blessing for kids who have homework during their holidays! Value for Money: Hotels in this area, especially those with river views, usually cost over a thousand yuan during holidays. The Jumeirah next door is over a thousand, but this one isn't. The price is great, which felt almost magical; I wondered if there was some kind of policy subsidy! 😂 Cleanliness: We stayed for three days and two nights, and the room was cleaned and tidied every day. Water and necessary supplies were replenished, which was incredibly thoughtful and just right. Surroundings: There are restaurants and large shopping malls downstairs and across the street, making it very convenient. The surrounding green spaces and urban planning are excellent. The riverside promenade and viewing platforms are perfect for a relaxing stroll. It's also close to the Nanjing Olympic Sports Center. We happened to catch a 5.2 Super League match during our stay and even shared an elevator with players from Changzhou – what a coincidence! Thoughtful Service: There was a cute tissue box at the lobby entrance, which was so essential given the current weather (easy to get allergies). The lobby pillars had a 'treasure chest' filled with small daily essentials like stationery, masks, hair ties, and tourist information, all available for free. It was incredibly friendly towards tourists.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room had great natural light and ventilation, and it was spotlessly clean. All the toiletries were provided and very clean. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept soundly until morning. It was an ok place, close to the UK Visa office to sleep, but far away from the airport. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. And quite far to nice western food places I like in Nanjing.

Although the hotel is a bit older, the service from Front Desk staff Xiao Wang and Xiao Gao was truly excellent. Everyone greets you with a smile, making you feel incredibly welcome, just like coming home. If I could rate the service, I'd give it full marks. The hotel also offers room service, which was delivered promptly, and the food was always hot and freshly prepared – very convenient. If I have the chance again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

I booked a room to watch Xiao Qi's concert. I read reviews online for a long time and finally decided on Jinling Riverside! The day before I entered the store, Manager Li in the lobby took the initiative to call to inquire about the room requirements and arrival time. There was also a fan support station in the lobby on the day of check-in. Xiao Qiu brought us small support gifts; Xiao Li at the front desk was efficient in checking in! Manager Xu in the lobby took the initiative to guide the elevator location and told us the shuttle bus reservation time in detail! It was so considerate! The room was also very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept well! The hotel is in a good location, and there is also a Huacai Tiandi shopping mall nearby! I have recommended it to my friends!

Choosing Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel for a concert was super convenient. Its location is excellent, about a ten-minute drive from the Olympic Sports Center, and there's a subway station nearby. The hotel's service exceeded my expectations, the facilities are top-notch, and there's a shopping mall close by.

He was genuinely warm and helpful, not only making our check-in process smooth and efficient but also thoughtfully upgrading us to a better room. It's the little details that count! The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around. Overall, our experience far exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
