Hotels near Longteng Bridge, Miaoli

The hostess was so kind. We arrived late after work due to heavy traffic, and since the housekeeper had left work early, she came to wait for us. Since there wasn't much to eat nearby that night, she even prepared something for us. It was so touching! The mountain roads are a bit tricky to navigate, but the environment is quiet, making for a good night's sleep. The room is beautiful, and you can watch Netflix on the TV! The breakfast at the B&B is delicious, so I recommend choosing the one that includes breakfast.

The room is comfortable, clean and quiet, there are insects and birds everywhere, the Chinese breakfast is delicious, there are ponds and rabbits around the hotel, the proprietress is also very enthusiastic, the overall service is good, and the experience is very satisfactory.

The hotel is really clean, and the surrounding area is quiet. However, it's a bit inconvenient that you have to cross the street to get to the hot springs, and they require you to wear a swimming cap. The breakfast is definitely worth a shout-out – the setting is lovely, and there's a great variety of fresh food.

Hosts are warm and friendly. Clean and comfortable stay and good amenities in the house. House is beautifully decorated. My room has a Dyson hair dryer and a Dyson purifier. :) Love this!! Located in quite a remote area so getting transport around is a bit difficult. However advance booking with local driver for next day trip is possible and save a lot of trouble. Morning breakfast was a meeting of east and west. Opposite side of the road has eateries e.g. Route 3 and 七里香 Family mart is a short distance away. Convenient to get snacks. Two public hot springs 石汤温泉 and 石风温泉 pretty closeby. A relaxing stay!!

The in-room facilities are good, and the hot spring water is smooth and soothing. There are free charging facilities available. However, the restaurant lacks accessibility for the elderly or those with mobility issues due to the steps, which is something to consider.

The room is big and clean. A quiet place with a Family Mart opposite. A nice cafe and a nice eatery place which I went twice within a min walking distance There are more at the back but i didn't explore further. Owners are very nice people. In fact, the people I met are nice, friendly and helpful. The girls from the Cafe even helped me to book a car and accompanied me to wait for it. Owners are friendly and chatted with me causally for awhile, suggesting places I should go etc.

The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The parking was free and quite big as well. However, the breakfast was average only with limited choices of food. The bathtub was a bit small for an adults.

This stay was in the Pine View room, located in the newer annex. The facilities were new and clean, and the hot spring water quality was excellent. The overall lighting and environment were good. Unfortunately, the shower head was broken. The double bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses felt quite old, with a noticeable bump where they joined but a dip in the middle, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The breakfast offered a decent variety of Chinese and Western options. The staff were friendly and had a good attitude. I'd suggest they pay more attention to the quality control of the bamboo shoots served with the congee; they had a strong rancid smell, as if they'd been sitting for a long time.

Check in at the counter is fast, the room is large and comfortable, the hot spring is very comfortable, the breakfast is simple and delicious (to 10:00) check out time is later (11:00), so you can sleep and go downstairs to eat breakfast and then go back to the room to rest and check out. There is no general pressure to rush to check out.

The owner was very kind and introduced the nearby attractions in detail. We saw the rare see-through of the Bayutan Reservoir. The layout of the room is not bad, especially rare, and the charging seat is also prepared, with wired wireless. The breakfast provided is very rich, self-service, both Chinese and Western. It is a homestay with a high cp value.
