We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by how large and well-planned the room layout was, especially the automatic blinds which were perfect for blocking out light. The beds were extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows, allowing us to have a great night's sleep. While the AC temperature took a little while to lower to our desired level, it was not a breaking point and everything else was perfect. Added perks included free parking and complimentary ice cream for children’s day weekend. We will definitely visit again

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I booked a classic king room this time, and it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – so I slept wonderfully. The room was exceptionally clean, well-stocked with amenities, and all the details were well-taken care of, which made me feel very at ease. The location of Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu is a major highlight. It's right by Qingcao Lake, offering a tranquil environment away from the city's hustle and bustle. A morning stroll by the lake was incredibly pleasant, making it a rare place where you can truly relax. In terms of service, the front desk staff were friendly and polite. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with no waiting involved. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining environment was very comfortable. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, public areas were clean, and the hardware definitely lives up to a four-star standard. All in all, this stay was great value for money, perfect for travelers looking for a short break to recharge. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Hsinchu.

Nice breakfast spread. Friendly staff. Location is close to Hsinchu zoo and park. This is great for the little ones. But not much else nearby. We took bus into main city, a few stops away. Large supermarket nearby to buy necessities.

The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light. The bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a nice separate wet and dry area, and the attention to detail was impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The room was spacious enough and quiet with the window closed. The breakfast area was well-stocked with everything from refreshing seasonal vegetables and fresh fruits to piping hot local staple foods and soft baked goods. Everything was fresh, allowing me to put together a satisfying meal to my liking. The staff were thoughtful and attentive when I had questions. On the night of my check-in, the hotel even thoughtfully offered a complimentary buffet, so I didn't need to plan an extra outing and could enjoy a leisurely and abundant dinner. It was a great stay!

The staff were very friendly. The water pressure was excellent. For breakfast, we received vouchers for a local breakfast shop, which was a bit of a walk away. However, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was quite convenient.

The room is clean,the room is wide for 2 person,,and it's very convenience because it's not too far to train station and all the store.and my sister is known to be picky to the food she eat, And thank G, she like the food she like the breakfast,she said it's delicious.

The location is great, less than a 3-minute walk from Hsinchu Railway Station. The hotel itself is old, and the cleanliness is average, but it felt a bit dusty. The room had its own water dispenser, inverter air conditioner, and cable TV, which were all pretty good.
