"The Kaifus station on Line 1 was close, so it was convenient to use the subway.
The room is large and the facilities are a bit old compared to the price, but it is a convenient structure. And tourist guide and explanation) I made it easy to tour Changsha city. Thank you to everyone~"
"Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy.
Ambiance: The environment is great, quite peaceful.
Service: The service attitude is very enthusiastic. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, always responsive to our requests, and very prompt. Highly recommended!"
"Service: Good service attitude.
Environment: You can see Xiangjiang River in one corner of the hotel.
Facilities: The only drawback is that the bedside table can only be charged on one side, but I heard that the hotel is going to be renovated recently, and it may be better after the renovation.
Service: Earplugs were provided proactively, fearing that the noise would disturb us."
"The room is very clean and spacious. The furniture is all smart and the TV can cast screen. There is also a washing machine and dryer on the second floor. You don't need to bring too many clothes. It is very suitable for travel and living. The location is relatively quiet and not noisy. It is also very close to the subway station and Kaifu Temple! It is only a few hundred meters away on foot, and it is also very fast to take a taxi to the Hunan Provincial Museum! Good experience! Recommended!"
"The location is easy to find and super convenient for transportation. The lobby and rooms are both very clean and stylishly decorated. The bedding was especially comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – I'm usually a light sleeper, but I actually slept straight through the night! The front desk staff were really friendly and efficient with check-in. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city and will recommend it to my friends."
"Our stay here exceeded expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and spotlessly clean. The mattress was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, and housekeeping was quick to respond. The soundproofing was excellent, and the location made it easy to get around. I'll definitely choose this place again next time."
"The front desk lady is warm and welcoming, take the initiative to help with luggage, the room is very clean, the bedding is soft like lying in the clouds, you can sleep in the downtown area, the location is superb, leaving the Fusi subway station is super close, go to Orange Island, Wuyi Square is very convenient, cost-effective."
"Pros:
The quality is consistently good. When I was looking for a hotel, I noticed that many hotels near Wuyi Square occupy only one floor of a building, and the reviews often mentioned issues with cleanliness, hygiene, and soundproofing. So, this time I decided against staying near Wuyi Square. This hotel offers river views and isn't far from Wuyi Square; a taxi ride is less than 12 yuan. There's also a subway station nearby, which is quite convenient.
The room was very spacious.
I really liked the design of the public area on the ground floor; there's a lovely lobby manager.
The service was excellent. Every time I left, the front desk staff would offer two bottles of warm water, and the housekeeping staff I encountered were also very friendly.
Cons:
The internet connection was spotty when I was using mobile data.
It would be helpful if the room descriptions indicated whether there is a full-length mirror."
"I stayed in room 3210. The room was reasonably clean and spacious enough, but I was still a bit disappointed. There was no power outlet near the computer desk, so I had to move the table to find one. While the room amenities, like the river-view bathtub, matched the description, the layout of this room type was quite perplexing. I really need to complain about the breakfast. There were no options to choose from; they just delivered it to your room at a set time. While it meant I didn't have to go to the restaurant, having no choice and the same breakfast every day was a letdown. It just didn't feel worth the price."
"The hotel's location is decent; it's not too far from popular attractions, and the subway is about a fifteen-minute walk away. The cleaning staff on our floor, especially one lady, was incredibly warm, diligent, and responsible—definitely a five-star rating for her! There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The Atour bedding, as always, was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again. It's also very close to the Kaifu Temple scenic spot."

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying here, and according to the driver, it's an older, established hotel, but the facilities seem to have been newly renovated. The service was excellent and very professional. I was traveling with my sister, and they specifically arranged our three rooms on the same floor, which was super convenient. The rooms themselves were perfectly arranged, clean, and tidy. The check-out process was quick, and we were even able to get a late check-out. I also really liked the photo-op activity in the lobby. Especially staff members #1 and #10, their service was incredibly nice!
GGuest UserOn a whim, I came to Changsha and chose the top-ranked hotel on Trip.com. The service was absolutely fantastic, I really don't understand how anyone could write a negative review. The staff were so warm and attentive. The breakfast and supper options were incredibly fresh, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. We stayed for two nights and got to enjoy different dishes each day, which was a real treat. With two kids, we spent almost all our time at the hotel. Changsha was just too hot, so we could only go out in the evenings. Coming back to the hotel for supper after exploring was great, and it was really good value for money – they even prepared three servings for both breakfast and supper for us!
Suggestion: The owner should consider getting a shuttle bus. There's a bit of a distance between the metro station and the hotel, which would also make it easier for the concierge to help with luggage.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a unique charm and a strong sense of history. The service is exceptional, and the room facilities are brand new. They pay attention to all the details, like providing disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners for a relaxing soak. They even offer slippers and toiletries for children. There's a complimentary late-night congee and afternoon tea every day, and the breakfast sets are incredibly varied and delicious!
GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is excellent, making it convenient for transportation and dining. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, with a stable hot water supply. The overall environment was quiet, leading to a high quality of rest. It offers good value for money, and my stay was pleasant and satisfying. I will prioritize this hotel for future trips and highly recommend it to others.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭
GGuest UserThe room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.
GGuest UserBooked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent for exploring Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, both directly accessible by subway. Downstairs, you'll find the bustling Wuyi business district, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room's bedding was comfortable, and the night view of the Xiangjiang River was beautiful. I appreciated the smart room controls and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The only minor issue was the slow elevators, but the hotel staff were quick to respond when I brought it up, which was understandable. Overall, everything else was great.
0007xiangxiangI brought my child to Changsha for this trip, and our overall experience at this hotel was perfect – I highly recommend it for families!
📍 Excellent Location: It's close to the subway station, within walking distance to Wuyi Square and Chaozong Street, making it super convenient to get to Yuelu Mountain, Orange Isle, and Hunan Provincial Museum. It really saves time and effort for sightseeing and exploring local eateries.
🧹 Impeccable Cleanliness and Attention to Detail: The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and fluffy. The mattress had just the right firmness, making it incredibly refreshing to lie down and rest after a day of exploring. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, allowing for a quiet and full night's sleep even in the bustling city, ensuring my child's rest wasn't disturbed.
🙋 Thoughtful and Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm and patient, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. They were also very kind to my child. Housekeeping was responsive and promptly addressed any requests.
🛏 Complete Facilities: The air conditioning, hot water, and bathroom facilities worked perfectly. The room was spacious and not cramped, with plenty of room for luggage. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Changsha!
GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
