I had a room with a shower though a shared toilet - not a problem as the toilets were always clean and close to my room. The room felt spacious as it had the sofa area under the platform bed. The bed was comfortable and had lights/power sockets up at the platform. Even though there was no kitchen there was fridge/freezer, microwave and hot/cold water dispenser that can be used. There are tables and chairs in the common area. As advertised it is basement with no windows , did not feel claustrophobic to me. Points to consider: - need to bring own towels or hire one - There are steps that roll out to climb on the platform bed, it was very stable though I would have felt more stable if there was something to hold on to with my right hand - no way to turn off main light while in the platform do either have to climb up in dark or climb up , turn on bed light then climb down to turn off main light then back up again. Location: convenient to get so as direct line from Songshan airport to Xiamen station. 10 min walk to hotel. I used NYU hospital stop for getting around as it was closer. The hotel is just a couple mins walk from peace park which is a lovely place to sit and relax.

Great location and very convenient. There are convenience stores, street food, and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The check-in process was also very fast and easy using the machine at the entrance. However, the shower was not very clean and the doors were extremely tight, requiring quite a bit of force to close, and they make a noticeable squeaking sound when shut.

I’ve been to many hostels, but this is definitely one of the best I’ve stayed in. One of the biggest plus points for me is the location — it’s only about a 2-minute walk to Ximending, which is super convenient. When I arrived, everything was clean and modern. What really makes me happy in a hostel is cleanliness, and this place definitely delivers. And the TOWELS — that’s everything to me! The staff are also very nice, friendly, and speak English, which makes everything so much easier. The rooms are fully air-conditioned even when it’s already 17°C outside. Another amazing bonus: free laundry! Honestly, that’s such a big deal when traveling. What I appreciated the most was how kind and accommodating the staff were. My checkout was on March 7 at 11 AM, but my flight was at 12 AM the next morning (March 8). They kindly allowed me to leave my things and stay around the hostel while I explored Taipei for the day. When I came back before heading to the airport, they even let me take a shower before my flight. That kind of hospitality really means a lot to travelers. This is probably one of my favorite hostels now, and I can’t wait to come back!

A comfortable, clean, and welcoming hotel that offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable accommodation experience. Though I wish their foods would have other variety like dishes from other country's specialty. As a Filipino we did not enjoy much of a Chinese food, we prefer savory/salty foods, but overall, it was a nice hotel to stay in. Hotel is near Ximending night market and Ximen station. very convenient.

I stayed for several nights in a 4-person female dormitory room. There's no separation by floor for male and female guests; both are assigned to the same floor. Therefore, the sinks, toilets, and showers are all shared. Thankfully, it wasn't crowded, and the facilities were regularly cleaned, so it wasn't inconvenient. It seemed there was a shared washing machine located deeper inside. Although the air conditioning in the room was on, it wasn't cool enough to be comfortable. Inside the capsule, there's only one Type-C charging port and one USB port. The USB port in my capsule was broken. There's also a fairly deep personal locker in the room, probably about 50-60 cm deep. Additionally, there was a small table in the room with an outlet for charging. The basic amenities provided inside the capsule include one small towel, a pack of tissues, and earplugs. If you add them on Line Messenger, they respond to your inquiries. I was very satisfied! My roommates were great, so we had a quiet and pleasant stay.

Location is great, right in Ximending! The entrance to lift are a bit hidden and old, but overall still convenient. Plenty of shopping, food, and bubble tea spots nearby, and it’s just a short walk to the train station.

It's a 10 min walk from metro ximen exit 6.. we put our luggages in the lobby and came back 6 pm..the staff upgraded our room to a bigger room and beds..good service and polite staffs.the hotel and our room is clean..just a basic hotel..nothing fancy but for the price is worth it.the surroundings are safe so solo traveller don't worry. Have restos around it.but just few walks from metro so just a little inconvenience carrying big luggages..bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste..other toiletries the hotel provides . From our room I didn't hear noises which is good the water pressure is also good.. free coffee anytime at the lobby too

Third time year (consecutive years). Very good location and affordable pricing. Accoms is basic but clean and good so no complaints. Appreciate the common microwave, and water dispenser for refilling water. Pardon the messy bed - that's just right before we check out.

Right next to Ximen Hall on the same street, the location is super convenient. It's only two blocks away from the bustling Ximending shopping district, yet this place is surprisingly quiet. If you take a stroll around, you'll find plenty of delicious local breakfast spots and late-night eateries favored by residents.

Location excellent, cleaning service excellent, the room are really nice they have big room, the breakfast also good. BUT THE GUY in front desk really unfriendly, when i did the check in, i ask him a question, he reply my really rude and with his mocking expression
