"The guy named Terry from the reception was nice, helpful and accommodating. We like the free breakfast. Wifi is strong and AC. The room and washroom were all clean. No bad smell even the bed. The kind housekeeping always clean the room , towels and beddings. I will definitely come back. They didn't charge me for the parking.I had good night sleeps and they gave me the chance to choose a room. Because I have senior citizens with me, the first floor that they gave me was very accessible to us."

"I took 10 minutes driving hotel from Clifton hill that is quite far away from sightseeing. I did not expect reception charged $47 for parking and My husband & I requested late check out when we went outside and come back the room and it was locked up so we had to go downstairs to reception to unlock the door. I was so upset that the receptionist service and I won’t come back here again🙁"

"Excellent location; 3 minutes drive to the Falls. Great value for the price. Very good breakfast. The fact that the front entrance to the reception is already locked was kind of weird. All the hotels I have visited, the front entrance is always accessible. You us the hotel room keys if you use other entrances. Then there is a notice on the room key pouch to always secure the door with the deadbolt; keep valuable secure… This alerted me to the fact that the area may not be 100% safe. However, this apprehension was removed, when we checked out and my wife forgot her hand bag with wallet and family passports in it. One of the house keepers came running and found us still putting our stuff in the vehicle to alert us that we forgot the bag on the table. My wife went back to pick it up. A plus for that housekeeper. The night receptionist, however, has a cold presence. She addresses people as if she is not engaged with their presence. Overall, the service is very good. Great value for the buck; I will recommend it to those who want to visit Niagara Falls."

The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a spectacular city view, and the room was equipped with a smart control system – a simple voice command was all it took to adjust the lighting and curtains. The bedding featured a KingKoil mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. What truly stood out was the butler-style service. The front desk proactively upgraded my room, and the turndown service even included thoughtful warm milk. The afternoon tea pastries in the Executive Lounge were exquisite, and the Happy Hour cocktails were expertly mixed. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with a plethora of dining options in the surrounding commercial area. While it's a bit pricey, it's absolutely worth it for such high-quality facilities and service. I even received a small gift upon check-out, showing genuine attention to detail. I will definitely choose this hotel again!"

"It might have been my mistake for not checking thoroughly, but charging CAD30.00 for what they call 'private parking' seems exorbitant. If they're hiding parking fees to make the room rate look lower, effectively increasing the total cost, I'd suggest staying at a higher-grade hotel. There can be a significant difference between 170,000 KRW and 200,000 KRW. I recommend checking if other hotels in Niagara also charge for parking. There are many cheaper options nearby for $5 or $10."

"Great location, but the room was a major bait-and-switch. We booked a ”river view” room for our honeymoon, but the room we received was worlds apart from the promotional photos. Our view was 85% parking lot and 15% river—and at night, the river view was completely non-existent. I understand showcasing the ”best room” online, but it felt misleading. Additionally, the Jacuzzi was located in the bedroom rather than the bathroom as pictured, meaning we froze walking across the room to the shower to rinse off. We had notified the hotel weeks prior about our late check-in and our honeymoon. When we approached the front desk about the room mismatch, the staff member was understanding and helpful, but offered an Applebee's breakfast voucher to compensate. When we refused, they told us ”it was not a big deal” to just accept it. While I know they were trying to help, that specific phrasing felt dismissive given the situation. Pros: ＞ Location: Incredibly convenient, located right near the Falls Incline Railway. ＞Service: Check-out was extremely fast and seamless.Amenities: General hotel amenities were okay. Cons: ＞Vouchers: The hotel dining vouchers are pretty underwhelming. We used one for Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse and it still came out to almost $200 CAD, which in my opinion, was not worth it. ＞Room Reality: The layout and view were huge letdowns compared to what was advertised. The light switch for the bathroom in our was was also wonky -- If you move it wrong it doesn't turn on. Overall, the location is great, but don't expect the rooms to look exactly like the photos on the listing."

"This is GREAT Value for money! It was our first time in Niagara and we didn’t have any real guide, we just booked because it felt like a good price and it was a GEM! Traveled with my family (3 kids and spouse) and the 2 Queen beds + Sleeper couch was perfect! The location is actually EXCELLENT, close enough to the falls for an easy walk with Children, but also close enough to all the Major attractions! There is a pool and tub, which was a hit for our kids and onsite parking made life so much easier! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and I can’t recommend this place enough! The only issue I had, our window was facing the sun and there was no way to use the black out curtains properly! Those Curtains need to be looked at especially during the summer when it is Sunrise at 5am! Can’t talk about the breakfast because we didn’t have it, but all in all, GREAT value for money!"

"We booked a queen-size bed but were upgraded to 2 queen beds upon check-in, which we didn't need, but thanks anyway. Unlike the other reviews I read, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There were enough towels too which I like. We were just a bit distracted by the noise coming from the upper level but it’s a minor issue. Not enough hot water for the shower and please be careful as the tub is slippery when wet. They have a decent selection of breakfast too. May I just suggest that the lady making pancakes be jolly and smile at guests, as it adds positive vibes. 😊 Overall, even if it's not too close to the falls, we’ll definitely come back here."
