"The room was spacious with a great view and a convenient location, within walking distance to the Eaton Centre and Union Station, surrounded by major corporations like KPMG. The deposit was refunded quickly; the pre-authorization was released instantly upon check-out, unlike other hotels in North America where it can take up to two weeks."

"Great hotel with an excellent location, just a stone's throw from Union Station where the airport train arrives. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of storage. There were coffee and tea making facilities in the room, and a cafe in the lobby. The breakfast was quite tasty; you can order one dish and a drink from the menu if breakfast is included in your room rate. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, especially Andrew who stood out during check-in. You can leave your luggage for storage when checking out, and there's daily housekeeping. The price was a bit high, but I guess that's typical for Toronto. Also, the heating system was quite noisy, but it wasn't an issue for me personally. Similarly, the soundproofing might be a bit weak for sensitive sleepers. All in all, a good deal, and I would consider returning."

"We liked the hotel. Our room was large with a quirky decor. The bathroom was also large with a great shower. The bar offered happy hour drinks which we enjoyed. We didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on the restaurant."

"The location is excellent, it's a boutique hotel with a retro vibe, renovated from a 100-year-old building. The lobby is small but very charming and beautiful. For a city center hotel, the room is quite spacious. Our twin-bedded king room was right above Yonge Street, but surprisingly, this section doesn't have much bus traffic, so it was pretty quiet at night. The breakfast was fantastic, I highly recommend booking with breakfast included. It's not a buffet; you order à la carte from a menu, and each dish is made fresh. Absolutely delicious! The coffee and hot chocolate are also freshly prepared. Honestly, I haven't had such a refined breakfast in North America in a long time. Just for the breakfast and the location, it's totally worth it."

"Considering it's a hostel, the bed creaked every time I moved, which made me feel a bit self-conscious. It was a blizzard that day, and the staff were wonderful for letting me stay even before check-in. Aside from the outdated facilities, it seems like a good place for a short stay."

"There was a constant noise coming from the toilet that prevented us from getting any rest. Even though a technician came, he couldn't fix it. However, everything else was fine. We had a good stay!"

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at the InterContinental Hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything the hotel offers is truly there beautiful facilities, a wonderful pool, spotless rooms, and outstanding staff. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Beyond the hotel itself, the atmosphere and the people made the experience even more special. It was one of the best Christmas stays I’ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be returning."

"Facilities: Hilton's quality is top-notch, and the room has a mini-fridge. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The external environment is amazing! "Great Location is very walkable to everything. We heard a little noise from patrons from the restaurants across the street but nothing over the top, and rooms were fairly sound proof. Filtered water dispensers everywhere. Small quiet pool with long hours. Housekeeping staff friendly. Average Renovated rooms were still a little grungy. Bathroom updated and modern though lots of dirt along baseboards. Needs improvement Towels and bathrobes were so old. They were certainly clean but very worn out and rough. The bathrobe had a hole in it. No lotion. Carpet was a little eh. A bit subpar for a Novotel Hotel particularly at the nightly price."

"Overall, location is perfect walking distance to every major place, including train station (union). The view is impressive you can see the lake with sunrise surrounded by many buildings giving you city vibes. The room may a bit look older than the pic but every amenity is fully prepared as said (if some doesn’t have you can contact and they will bring it for you as soon as possible) The bathroom doors may a bit hard to open if you have long nails. However, I’m pretty sure I left my stuff in the room and immediately contact to take it back, although, the owner said the cleaner couldn’t find it even I specified the location to them. I don’t know if it looks valuable for them as it’s a ring (even it’s a cheap one and more like a sentimental value to me) Anyways, the coordinator seems to be very helpful."
