"The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Edmonton, within walking distance to attractions and public transport. Hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. I do, however, think the hotel is in need of a renovation to modernise it as the interiors and fixtures were outdated. The hotel could also help with the room doors as their opening and closing can be loud and disruptive if trying to sleep. For a next trip to Edmonton, I would stay again."

"The hotel is located in downtown, and you can park for free in the underground parking lot. The hotel decoration is quite old, and there are few sockets in the room. There is only one socket except in the bathroom. The cleaning is average, and the pillows are high, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. This is a rare chain hotel that does not even provide bottled water."

"Great central location with friendly staff. Room upgraded for free due to Marriott membership. Beds are very comfortable. TV has chromecast (took some time setting up). Shower water pressure a tad on the low side w/ water saving shower head. Parked at surface parking right beside the building ($35/night, underground parking available as well)."

"Front desk were kind enough to loan me an iphone charger while I was there which was very much appreciated. The room was comfortable, nice view. I don't normally stay in the hilton hotels so I'm not a member of their little club that gives you access to ”basic” wifi, and I just don't like dishing out all my details so without much of a phone charge to tether off, I resigned myself to reading a book on an evening."

"Three ladies stayed for two nights. We wish the hotel provided hair drier and shoehorn in the room. We reserved for three adults but towels, coffee cops and glasses provided for only two people. The drain at the tub was very slow. Almost everything was fixed after we addressed. We were very disappointed because the steam sauna was out of order and one of my friends was hit by the ball that other guests were playing with water ball inside of the pool. I wish there was sign not to play with a ball inside of the pool. I think it is very common not to play the ball inside of the pool especially there were many people inside of the pool."

"Good location for a short walk to Rogers. Parking was well lit and there was easy access to the building from there. Staff was friendly and accommodating, even delivered first aid supplies to the room late in the evening!"

"The hotel is located in the heart of the city, built on the hills, with a wide view and affordable price! The picture below is the scenery outside the window. There is no luggage service in the hotel. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room. This is a feature of imperialism. The first floor is the Simbak coffee, very convenient"

"We stayed here on Christmas Eve and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet given the location. The environment felt safe and well-kept, and everything—from the lobby to the hallways—was tidy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great place for a simple, comfortable night. Would happily come back."

"Booked the room couple days before but when i arrived at the hotel, our room was given to another guest who the receptionist said had the same name as mine. I dont know how it happened as it is protocol for hotel staff to ask for id for verification. So it took it some time before they they gave us new room and i needed to come back at the front desk the next morning to fix the mix-up that they have caused. The good thing is Trip.com was very helpful and urgent in assisting me with my check-in problem. Trip.com agent went out and beyond the service she provided. And because of that, I will be a loyal Trip.com client."
