"The hotel is connected to the metro station via an indoor bridge. Inside the casino (19+ only, strict ID check), there is a small cafeteria. The main hall got a small convenience store, a coffee shop, a bar and three restaurants: an upscale steak house, a sushi restaurant and a buffet restaurant. Outside is a nice area. The hotel has a big parking garage. Across the street from the hotel is a family style Cantonese restaurant. Within a short walk, there is a Costco on one side, and business district on the other side. The reception store luggage for you if needed. They checked us in very early in the morning with no extra charge since the room was ready. The suite room is extremely spacious and equipped with all necessities. The only problem there was the wait for elevator at checkout. Otherwise, it was an extremely pleasant stay."

"Facilities was good but not really because the amenities are not complete they dont have slippers, toiletries need to be requested at the front desk and get by your own. Bottled water also you need to request. To the coffee lovers they have many choices you can get it to their lobby. Inside the room has a coffee also and tea. Front desk was so helpful especially to Ms. ALOKA who such a good service and willingly helped me. To get my ride from the hotel to the BC ferry. Thank you so much her service is beyond expectations."

"The room is clean and tidy. The first impression when I open the door is ”Wow, wonderful!” Facility are quite enough, everything you need for a kitchen, and washer and dryer! the owner is considerate, they are not merely supply coffee, even have some instant noodles! The owner's response is fast. Bus stop at the entrance, to skytrain station at Brightport. And I selected to walk there by 30 minutes to enjoy the good weather. There is some food and mini-grocery store within 10 minutes walk."

"The hotel's exterior looks a bit old, but the rooms are newly renovated, making them quite modern by international standards. The bedroom is spacious, and the bathroom is clean. Our room was located above the lobby, offering great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows with no noise issues. The free airport shuttle bus was punctual, and the driver kindly helped us with our luggage. The shuttle departs from the hotel entrance every half hour on the dot and takes 10 minutes to reach the airport. This makes it easy to estimate the shuttle times for the return trip from the airport. There aren't many dining options in the immediate vicinity, so we ate at the airport."

"Remember this hotel is a Holiday Inn ”Express” and hence customers should have lower expectations. Its breakfast, housekeeping standard and front desk experience were not as good as an average hotel. There was a strand of ”private” hair on the soap dish in the bathtub. Its policy regarding late check-out was unnecessarily complicated. My room was not vacuumed for my entire 12-day stay. Despite the 12-night stay, my requests for a late checkout could not be entertained until the day of departure when I had to specially wake up at 6 am and call the front desk. Because my phone call was not answered, I then had to approach the front receptionist in person to ask for a late checkout and negotiated with the receptionist (who seemingly just woken up) for more than 5 minutes before he reluctuantly agreed to my request to check out at 2 pm. I will try Hilton Metrotown (Crystal Mall) for my next visit."

"Clean and tidy, run by a lovely Chinese couple who are super friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again. It's also really close to the airport!"

"This hotel deserves full marks! My flight landed very late, but I still managed to catch the last shuttle. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the room was clean. The twin beds, at 1.5 meters each, are perfect for families with kids. There's hot and cold water as well as coffee available at reception, and a McDonald's nearby for breakfast. If you want to visit the airport outlet mall, you can take the shuttle back to the airport and then the SkyTrain (free tickets!) directly there. It's incredibly convenient!"

"Amenities: Fully equipped with everything you need. Cleanliness: The entire house was clean and tidy. Environment: Beautiful surroundings. Service: Although I didn't meet the host in person, I could tell from our communication that they are a wonderful person. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Vancouver. "Jennifer is a nice host, the first day I stepped into her house, she was welcoming me with passion, and she explained things that I needed to know. At the time of staying, I had couple times chatting with her, she was a nice lady that willing to give suggestions and advice on lives. The room is clean and tidy, it's bright and comfortable, even the bathroom is clean and neat. It is a nice experience and I really love staying here and hanging out with the host."

"Good stay, excellent location for food lovers We had a decent stay at the Days Inn in Richmond. The location is excellent, with plenty of fantastic Asian restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, and having free parking on-site was a huge plus for the Vancouver area. The only downside was the breakfast—the options are quite limited and vary depending on the day. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient place to stay and covers all the basics well."
