"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right around the corner from the Whistler Village Gondola (via exit B), and with the main entrance (exit A) for car drop-offs. Exit B leads directly to a pedestrian shopping street, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. The hotel is divided into a South Tower and a North Tower. The South Tower features rooms with a fully equipped kitchen – we're talking a real home kitchen setup, complete with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, and all necessary kitchenware. It's truly rare to find a high-end hotel offering such amenities. What truly impressed me was their genuine recognition and treatment of elite members, even when booked through a third-party platform like Trip.com. For two guests, they provide a daily dining credit of CAD 24 per person (usable at their restaurants and eateries), complimentary Wi-Fi, and late check-out, among other perks. A special shout-out to Ms. Rosalie at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain how to best utilize our member benefits. This hotel is exceptionally friendly towards its elite members."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The hotel itself was spacious, and other guests were considerate, so it was very quiet at night – my sleep wasn't disturbed at all. The toilet and bathroom were also very clean and hygienic. Excellent value for money!"

"The room was spotless, and the ambiance, along with amenities like the fridge and snack bar, were perfect. Having a kitchen, table, and sofa made it feel like somewhere you could stay for multiple nights. It's conveniently located for visiting shops in Whistler Village or having dinner at a restaurant and returning. The nearby supermarket was also a plus. The staff's service was adequate, but perhaps not overly attentive. In the room, you're greeted by plush toys made by an artist from Alberta, which you can purchase and take home if you like them. The only minor drawback was the cramped parking lot; it was quite a struggle to park, as there weren't any larger spots available at the time. There's a trail nearby that leads to a lake. It was absolutely beautiful, and dipping my feet in the cold water felt wonderfully refreshing."

"Conveniently located a few steps away from the Whistler Gondola. Rent your ski gear from the Can Ski store located at the ground floor and you can easily drop off/pick up your skis at their valet.  Our suite has a kitchenette and dining table so it was easy to eat breakfast in our room before heading off to ski. There is a grocery store a 5 min walk away. The fireplace in our suite was nice and we used it quite often. The hot water in the shower was almost instantly available which we appreciated. The hotel is a little dated but has everything we need. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant, Ka Ze, located at the hotel. Reservations recommended."

"Our room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with cooking facilities, and it was wonderfully quiet. The staff provided excellent service, being incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially loved the delicious complimentary snacks. Plus, there's a charming little stream right by the hotel, perfect for taking photos."

"The hotel is located near a commercial street, so it's very convenient for eating, drinking, and having fun. The surrounding environment is great, and the hotel service is very warm. It's worth coming back; this is a tourist city."

"We wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed. The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand. Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat! The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it. That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special. Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!"

"I stayed in Room 203, which was spacious and featured a relaxing Jacuzzi and a cozy fireplace with a beautiful mountain view. The kitchenette was well-equipped with cutlery, though the air conditioning unit was in a bit of an odd spot directly beside the headboard. While the hotel’s location is a plus—being tucked away from the main village noise and offering easy access to bus stops and Evo e-bike parking—the soundproofing within the building was a significant drawback. Because the room is located next to the housekeeping station and near the elevators, I could clearly hear staff working early in the morning, as well as hallway conversations and neighbors operating their Jacuzzi. I could even hear full conversations coming from some rooms while I was waiting for the elevator in the hallway. Additionally, for a 4-star property, I expected more amentities to be provided more than 3-star proper, e.g. slippers and things. And though the bed is soft, but somehow it’s not comfy for my body."

"Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot."
