Sheraton Eau Claire should also consider adding a store to their lobby for last minute essentials. Lastly, at $51.45 per DAY for forced Valet parking, Sheraton is doing everything they can to bleed you of every last dime."

"I love our family stay at econolodge for 3 days! The room is nice, the aircon is in excellent condition. Aside from that, the location of hotel is near to restaurants, train station and some grocery store.. If our family will going to have another trip, I might consider booking again at econolodge hotel."

"This place is truly pleasant and easily ranks among the top 3 accommodations in this price range! Even though I arrived earlier than check-in time, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided a common area, like a living room, and a space to store luggage, which allowed me to comfortably spend extra time exploring downtown. The place was exceptionally clean, and almost all essential amenities were provided, making for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!!"

"The hotel was a holiday inn but it is built on a escartment so the lobby is on the third floor. Second and first are below each other. Staff are top notch. I'll rent again."

"It says non- smoking rooms but not the room I got. I called front desk complained about it and they just sent a staff to being me air freshener which I didn’t use because i have allergies. The smell of cigar triggered my migraine, the smell sticked to my clothes and hair, blankets and pillows smells cigar even the washroom. I had to get out of my room early the following day and wait for 2 hours at the front desk and wait for my service car to pick me up."

"Everything is good the only things that I don’t really like is the noise I’m not sure where is coming from make me can’t sleep. Other than that it’s good is very clean I like it."

"The room facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is good, the price is cheap, and parking is convenient. However, the front desk service was really subpar. I couldn't understand why, while the front desk was processing my check-in, a supervisor came over and started chatting with them about irrelevant things, leaving me standing there waiting for them to finish. The first room card didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs, queue up again to exchange it, and they kept asking me if I was using it correctly. Am I stupid? Do I not know how to open a door? Terrible service."

"After arriving at the airport, I called for the shuttle and got picked up. The accommodation was clean, and having a Korean staff member there made it even better! The bathroom was also spacious, which was great for showering the kids. The room condition was good, and breakfast was included. I had a great stay for this price! Plus, the breakfast was delicious."
