"Muito bem localizado, atendimento excepcional e prestativo.
Na Minha opiniao, so faltou o cafe da manha, apesar de saber que nao fazia parte do que e oferecido."
"My boyfriend and I stayed one night in the Ibis, the location is along the main street. Beds were comfortable, wifi was fast.
Our only complaint was the check in process. We initially dropped off our bags because we were early for check in. Gave out passports etc. We were waiting 20 mins for her to complete the check in. No issue.
The issue was when we returned to check in around 5 pm, we had to go through the whole check in process again. As there was one other couple infront of us, we were waiting 40 mins to get to our room. With us only have one night, an hour for check in is ridiculous."
"A reasonably priced hotel in a very central location, easy to reach with public services and Uber. The surrounding area is walkable and full of restaurants and services. The internal restaurant allows you to eat without even leaving the premises. My room provided a real working area. There is a small rooftop swimming pool, enough to relax."
"Before check-in, the hotel sent a self-registration form for each guest. They don't ask for so much personal data even when getting a visa, so we refused.
At the hotel, check-in takes about 2 minutes, after which you receive check-in instructions on WhatsApp. Entering the room using a password on the door is not the most convenient solution. Looking ahead, I will say that on the second day the lock broke down and we could not get into the room for half an hour - the hotel employees were not very interested in helping, but after half an hour they finally helped us (there are always long queues at the reception; apparently everyone has problems)
Now about the room - the room is quite clean, but everything is done very cheaply. The sink is in the room, not in the toilet. All the plumbing is very flimsy. While we were walking to the room - one of the taps in the neighboring room burst and flooded the room. The same thing in the shower. One hook.
There is no kettle, no hair dryer either (you can rent one in the lobby). For 2 nights, no one cleaned our place or replaced the shampoo and soap.
Now about the audibility - it's terrible. You can hear everything - especially from the neighboring rooms with a common wall. Until 1 am, a group of more than 5 people (how is that possible in a small room) were yelling and celebrating something...
There is a microwave and a stove, no complaints there.
The bed is also quite soft and comfortable.
There is a mini market downstairs where you can buy snacks, drinks and other necessary products. It is useful."
"We had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated."
"The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!"
"The hotel is extremely clean, organized, all the staff are super helpful, they always served us in a very respectful and polite manner.
The breakfast is wonderful, I loved being able to eat eggs and bacon in the morning among other wonderful things.
Extremely pleasant region, especially for its wide range of restaurants for those who like to eat good food, what can I say?
Located in the Jardins region of São Paulo, the region is spectacular and the hotel provides an excellent service."
"Excellent stay! Great for a weekend. Safe area too, breakfast was nice, good selection. Nice big room, bed is super comfy too. TV wasn’t to great, remote wasn’t working too well and very few of the channels worked. Tried to use the Gym and the treadmills and multi gym function wasn’t working/broken. Treadmill is actually pretty dangerous 😂 maintenance there for sure.
Apart from that would stay again, hoping these small things are fixed 😊"
"Sound insulation was average. The TV next door was very loud."

Amazing
MMikhail IumashevThe hotel On Melo Alves pleasantly surprised me from the very first moments of my stay. It’s a modern and very cozy accommodation option located in one of the best areas of São Paulo.
I especially liked the atmosphere — calm, comfortable, and stylish at the same time. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a contemporary design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room kitchenette, equipped with appliances and utensils, is particularly convenient, especially for longer visits. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained.
The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and Avenida Paulista is within easy walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and is very pleasant for walking around.
I would also like to highlight the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. You can really feel their attention to guests and their desire to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for convenience, quality, and a great location. I would gladly return again.
KkkkkkkkkkkkkseniiaA wonderful hotel that truly deserves 5 stars. Delicious breakfasts, amazing service, impeccable cleanliness, and a delightful interior design.
ZZishentucaojiaFacilities: The gym and restaurant are good. The room decor is a bit dated, but it's still above average for a five-star hotel in São Paulo.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness is good; the cleaning is thorough.
Environment: Good location; there are shopping malls and many local restaurants nearby, but traffic congestion in front of the hotel is quite severe during rush hour.
Service: The service level is very high; there's nothing to complain about.
SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!
AAnonymous UserThe transportation is convenient, there is a large shopping mall nearby, shopping is very convenient, there is food on the first floor, breakfast is at the hotel, lunch and dinner are at the shopping mall opposite, there are restaurants of various flavors.
AAnonymous UserThe rooftop view is fantastic, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. The neighborhood is safe, and there's a convenient buffet restaurant downstairs. There's also a gym on the 13th floor with comprehensive facilities. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't provide breakfast; you'll need to buy it yourself.
GGuest UserI stayed at Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera Convention Plaza Hotel twice during my trip (April 3–8 and April 10–11), and overall, this was a very mixed experience. I’m an international traveller so I would say I have my fair share of seeing all sides to a hotel. To be a 4 star hotel and to charge premium rates, I would expect certain things.
Let’s start with the positive to the hotel -
The location is excellent. From the hotel across there is a shopping mall, which makes it extremely convenient for food, shopping, and daily necessities.
• Cleanliness is generally acceptable. Aside from one incident, (on my first night, I found red stain marks which looks like lipstick on my sheets, took a photo and alerted receptionist the next morning for a change of sheets.
• Room size is spacious and comfortable. I stayed in the “ superior room” and the junior suite.
The issues (and they are significant):
1. Misleading room expectations
The room I received looked noticeably older and more worn than the photos online. Doors, bathroom condition, and overall finishing did not match what was advertised. It felt misleading. This hotel definitely need a glow up.
2. Poor service & lack of flexibility
Service was the biggest disappointment.
• Staff were generally not proactive or solution-oriented.
• I made a booking error via Trip.com and tried to adjust the dates. Both the platform and hotel refused to help or offer alternatives.
• Even a simple late check-out request (which I informed them about in advance and was willing to pay for) was declined without much effort to accommodate. I wasn’t also asking for hours just a mere 2 hours so that I can go to the city to pick up some stuff before my long haul 32hours flight.
4. Billing inconsistencies – check your charges carefully
• I was initially charged for 2 minibar items when I only consumed 1. I manage to catch this on time before paying for it.
• Laundry count was incorrect (11 pieces sent, billed for 12). Receipts and explanations were unclear, and I’m still not fully confident everything was billed correctly.
5. Missing basic amenities (unexpected for this level)
• No iron or ironing board available
• No kettle / hot water in the room
• No complimentary drinking water
• Everything must be purchased separately
6. Language barrier for international guests
Not all staff speak English, which can make communication difficult if you’re not Portuguese-speaking.
Overall verdict: This hotel is convenient but not service-oriented.
If you are Brazilian or familiar with local expectations, you may find it acceptable. But as an international traveler, the experience falls short—especially in service, transparency, and attention to detail.
Would I return?
Probably not, unless location is the only priority.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located in the center. Within walking distance of the metro, bus stop. If Sao Paulo is your first stop in Brazil and you are planning a trip around the country, then you should choose this hotel. The bus terminal is 15 minutes away by car. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel, as well as bars and night clubs. An ancient church is 5 minutes walk away, worth seeing. Breakfast at the hotel is very good, they cook deliciously and a lot.
GGuest UserLocal well located, with a pleasant structure.
In the meantime, I had a problem in my room, in which a bluse was swallowed, I tried to contact the government, they opened a call and I had no return from what could have happened to then. Even if it is a bluse with a symbolic value, I believe that this is a serious safety issue.
