Second time I go to Atrium and really is excellent, quality service and very beautiful and quiet place, the night place is sensational! The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!

The hotel is very good, perfect location, a large and well-organised room. I stayed for two days, I stayed hosted to take a course. When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.

The hotel is quiet and close to everything. The breakfast is great (the mango is crazy) and the view of the amazon is just cutting the breath. I loved the hotel, good location, what I didn't think was cool was that when I called to make the reservation they said they only had a double room with a single bed. Well, when checking in it was the same answer. When we went to the hotel room, the door lock didn't even open and we were allocated another room, the last one having a double bed. How come it had a double bed and it never appeared in the reservation. Everything else was great, breakfast tomorrow with a lot of variety, everything worked perfectly.

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

The hotel is located near the airport. The room is clean, comfortable. Careful staff. Good breakfast. Good pool. Recommended.

Clean hostel and I was lucky enough to have the room to myself. No kitchen though but staff are nice enough. I wanted to stay longer but they had problems with their electricity.

I found the hotel with a good cost benefit, but I had a problem with the use of the safe, where it was not working, so I believe that before you give your room to the guest, everything must be checked. And they should be more capriching in cleaning.

Due to language barrier, I had a bad impression on their communication as they didn’t respond to my request for checking in much later than the check in time ( 12:00 -18:00 ) stated on the booking. However when I got to the property staff were there waiting to receive me very friendly and checked me in very quickly. The room was so comfortable, clean and beautiful especially the cute round bed that the first time I have ever seen in my life. The property is within walking distance from the tourist attractions.
