Despite the overt references to royalty in the hotel, I felt like a pawn during my stay. Dark and sad room, old and tired furniture, hygiene issues (female hair balls found in bathroom), depressing room service menu, friendly but poorly trained staff. What makes this hotel stand out is its small policy of charging guests for coffee pods (only the first 2 are free), which I admit I have never seen before in a hotel charging 1000 reais per night situation. According to many reports, the hotel's stellar rating on Google appears to be due to questionable review buying practices. avoid.

I had a wonderful experience at Brasilia Palace Hotel . The staff at this property are all great and accommodating , they go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable , call a taxi for you if you need and give suggestions about the cities do’s and don’ts ! The facilities are spectacular, a quite place with a stunning lake view , the pool is huge and the buffet breakfast is very delicious and versatile , one can find lactose free milk and gluten free bread there for example! The rooms were spacious and clean with a signature scent , also the beds are very comfortable ! Would definitely send a friend there !☺️☺️☺️

Only 2 things disappointed me during my stay, room 315, the shower, the water had little pressure causing the shower to drip in some places and in others the shower to be very thin and weak, and the bed we booked was a queen-size, but the room had a double bed, our nights were not well slept.

The hotel is great, with excellent location, staff service and the room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The shower was the best part, such a great shower with strong water force. The only issues encountered were that the bedsheets dont have elastic, so they get out while sleeping, and the toilet was leaking water. Besides that, definetly great hotel.

There is no kettle, I asked the front desk to ask for it, and the answer was: I gave it to you and the others were gone. The room facilities are old, the gym only has three treadmills and few other equipment.

The location is a bit odd and there is no parking inside the hotel, only the public parking spots outside, there are often fully occupied, other than that the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big, illuminated and ventilated and the staff is super helpful.

Hotel was clean and nice. Buffet breakfast also was really good. And the staff allowed me to early check in at 9 AM, and I was really tired from the long overnight flight. Definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone.

The place is located in the center of Brasilia. It is opposite the shopping mall. It is relatively convenient. The hotel is clean and the service attitude is good. It is very welcoming. Please pay attention to whether the hotel provides breakfast. It is relatively cost-effective. It is relatively new and parking is available. However, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. Taking a shower requires hot and cold water.

Good value for money and convenient location. Decor is a little tired but the room was serviceable. Disappointingly breakfast didn't start on time and I was asked to leave the dining area - I had to leave for the airport so missed out on breakfast.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, higienizado e organizado. No entanto, como estava em viagem sozinha, reservei uma acomodação para 1 pessoa. Chegando lá, me assustei com o tamanho do quarto, que eles intitulam ”cabine”. Muito pequeno, sem janela. Cabe malmente a cama de solteiro e o banheiro pequeno (com chuveiro elétrico pendurado por uma corda). Acabei tendo uma crise de pânico, e ao pedir ajuda, eles informaram que não poderiam fazer o upgrade do quarto. Depois de insistir e deixando claro que eu estava disposta a pagar pelo upgrade, eles conseguiram um quarto maior, com janela, por um valor de 200 reais a mais a diária. Portanto, não recomendo a reserva do quarto tipo cabine, pois não oferece o benefício e conforto equivalente ao preço cobrado. Para quem tem crises de pânico e de lugares apertados: Fuja!
