"It was a good place, a well-informed reception, and it took our doubts. A cool place. I just didn't like the host incommunicable, left a contact but did not answer anything. When I arrived I had to contact a number that the receptionist gave me to allow entry and inform the guest names, because we were not in the system. I spoke to him before, just to inform the guests and give all the information, but he didn't answer, the message came but was not visualized, that's what left you very much to desire, horrible, but the flat and the location are good."

LLorne M.Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

AAnonymous UserThe house is clean and modern, also the facilities in the building are great. It’s located around 15 mins walk to the beach. The value for the money is really great.
One thing to notice:
🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

EEdson MFHotel muito bem localizado. É o ponto forte. Quarto amplo com cama confortável e sempre limpo (destaque para a Rose). Bom café da manhã (ficamos oito dias e poderia variar um pouco mais). Destaque para a tapioca feita pela Vitória e atendimento da Karine. Boa piscina para relaxar quando retornar da praia (Precisa arrumar o chuveiro da área da piscina e instalar um lava pés para retirar a areia). Em frente a praia, ao lado de bons restaurantes e de quiosques de praia.

GGuest UserHotel with good location; leisure area with bar and a fantastic pool with infinite edge, super complete breakfast, excellent. We were placed in the fourth floor, we refused the room because already in the corridor the smell of mopho is unacceptable, then we were taken to the second floor with the same problem, there we went to the fifth floor that is younger and we had no problems. The request for a room exchange was made without questioning and with the great support of the staff.
