"Unexpectedly good! The hotel is very close to the station. After arriving from Brussels South Station, it's about a five-minute walk to the hotel. The environment is super nice, and there's free bottled water downstairs. The breakfast was amazing, very Western-style. I stayed for three days and had a fantastic experience. It's about a kilometer from the city center and the Bell Tower, a pleasant walk away. The city has shopping areas. There's an ice cream shop downstairs at the hotel that's always busy, and diagonally opposite there's a Chinese supermarket, with Chinese restaurants and noodle shops nearby. It's really great, definitely my top choice for Ghent! The price is reasonable too. The room cards are all pink, super cute and thoughtful. There's a very humorous and attentive man at the front desk. He told me that after a certain time at night, only the back door would be open and the front desk would close. My flight was very early, and he also told me how to check out. His English was excellent!"

"Funky hotel where you can see creativity in every corner . Spotlessly clean every where. Staff are supper friendly and helpful. Water fountain on the floor we are staying , tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryer in the room. Iron board in the corridor if required . They thought about every detail to make guest’s life easy .Definitely stay here if we come back to Ghent again. 20 min walk to center of the Ghent but we enjoyed the stroll !"

"The hotel is located quite far outside the city for sightseeing. However, you can get into the city reasonably well with the T4 and T2, and you also save yourself the hassle of registering for an environmental sticker, which is a huge advantage. Furthermore, the location is quiet, and you can reach the sea in about an hour."

The place is very clean, and I loved the soft mattress and pillows. The breakfast staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. "Upon arrival, the welcome was a bit lacking, and I find the parking to be expensive at €19 per night. The bathroom is also a bit small. I'm not sure if I'll return."

"The room was spacious and well-equipped. The service was excellent and very attentive. Despite our poor English, we managed to communicate with gestures, and everyone was happy. Food in European countries can be expensive, so being able to cook in the room saved us a lot of money."

"The hotel is not far from the station and it is very convenient to take the tram to other cities. The room was wood and white, very clean and felt very comfortable. The rooms are distributed on different floors, there is no elevator, and you need to carry your own luggage."

"Excellent hotel in a quiet neighborhood with excellent soya facility that can be booked privately for 1 hour. Furthermore we booked (and paid for) a room with balcony, but received a different room type on the street side, without balcony. It is a pity that this was not spontaneously compensated by the receipt (although it was clearly indicated that this was not in line with our booking). Breakfast in a kelder floor is always a little tight and was quite sober here, but it's all right. Egg and pancake preparations are made on order."

As we had to check out at 4am on our last day, we informed the hotel that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the breakfast. The team kindly prepared a takeaway food bag for us, which was a very thoughtful gesture."
