"The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the church bell tower and St. Michael's Bridge. The back exit leads directly to the graffiti street, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Dampoort train station. Although the room was a bit dated, it was clean, hygienic, and quiet. Our room faced the inner courtyard, offering a beautiful view!"

"The room size although small however very well designed and practical. The room is clean and bright and some of the facilities are very thoughtful. The location is 10 minutes walk to most of Ghent's attractions which is excellent. The price is affordable."

"Great location with everything within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Service was outstanding. As we had to check out at 4am on our last day, we informed the hotel that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the breakfast. The team kindly prepared a takeaway food bag for us, which was a very thoughtful gesture."

"First of all, I really appreciate the amazing service and kindness. It was my solo trip for pleasure, and NH collection ghent was the best choice. Here are some reasons: 1. Employees are so kind and helpful. They even told me about some good souvenir options and festival information. 2. All the things are ready. Anything you need? They just give you the right thing. (For instance, shaver) 3. Room is very spacious and clean. I'm not sure it is new, but it feels like new. Four. Fine room cleaning service 5. Great facilities: They have restaurant & gym & even bar. "The hotel is located right in the city center. It’s not bad for the price. They clean the room and change the towels every day. There is a bottle of water in the room, though only one. The room is very small; it might feel cramped for two people. I travel alone and only come back to the hotel to sleep, so I found it quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I arrived at 5 a.m., and the receptionist opened the door for me right away. I was happy with everything."

"Unexpectedly good! The hotel is very close to the station. After arriving from Brussels South Station, it's about a five-minute walk to the hotel. The environment is super nice, and there's free bottled water downstairs. The breakfast was amazing, very Western-style. I stayed for three days and had a fantastic experience. It's about a kilometer from the city center and the Bell Tower, a pleasant walk away. The city has shopping areas. There's an ice cream shop downstairs at the hotel that's always busy, and diagonally opposite there's a Chinese supermarket, with Chinese restaurants and noodle shops nearby. It's really great, definitely my top choice for Ghent! The price is reasonable too. The room cards are all pink, super cute and thoughtful. There's a very humorous and attentive man at the front desk. He told me that after a certain time at night, only the back door would be open and the front desk would close. My flight was very early, and he also told me how to check out. His English was excellent!"

"The hotel is situated in a beautiful location in the historic center of Ghent. We had a spacious room, which was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower lacked pressure, resulting in a weak stream. The breakfast was fine, although the breakfast room is not very spacious. The hotel bar was not busy, making it less inviting. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel; it is a great starting point for a weekend in Ghent."
