"Do not let the exterior fool you. We did not expect the room to be this great, it was very clean and fairly spacious, the decoration and layout is very solid. The location is very good, close to Midi-Zuid station and lemmonier metro station. Staff is friendly. Only thing is that we went to Brussels during the heat dome and the room does not have air conditioner which makes it pretty hot at times even with the window open, but otherwise it is a very excellent hotel."

"Very nice hotel, friendly staff and cleanliness met my expectations. I stayed for 5 days with my boyfriend and they always changed the linen and reset the room. The flaw of this hotel is unfortunately the location, as well as being a convenient location in terms of proximity to the center and the South-midi station, unfortunately it is located in a not very recommendable area, I would almost define it as a ”ghetto area” at a certain time we preferred to go back so as not to have to pass through those streets too late, dirty streets and you could expect anything.."

"The hotel staff are friendly. Note that the hotel does not accept cash for payments, including the tourist tax for your stay. The hotel itself is nice, modern, and equipped with a lift. The hotel focuses on minimalism, so you won't find a closed-door wardrobe. Both the room and toilet are equipped with a heater. The bed and latex pillows are comfortable. They also provide branded Nuxe shampoo and handwash. Complimentary bottled water and coffee drinks are provided only on the first day of your stay. However, there are a few areas where the hotel fell below my expectations: No free slippers or toiletries (e.g., toothbrush and toothpaste) are provided. The water flow from the shower is weak, although still bearable. No fridge in the room. You need to request an electric kettle from the receptionist. (How much would it cost to place one in each room?) The most disappointing factor is that the air conditioner did not allow me to select ”cold” mode during my stay in mid-April—it only had ”heat” mode. Seriously? Also, if you plan to store your luggage overnight at the hotel, it won't be possible as they do not accept overnight storage. Location note: The hotel is located about 500 metres from Bruxelles-Midi / Brussel-Zuid station. It can be quite scary walking from the train station to the hotel at night, as the surrounding area is occupied by African shops and residences. This may not be convenient for female travellers. If your budget allows, I suggest staying at the Pullman, which is adjacent to the train station, especially if you need to catch an early train the next day. Otherwise, consider staying near Grand Place."

"Good hotel. The room I booked was equipped with a table, dishes, and nice furniture. The bathroom, floors, and walls were a bit dated, and perhaps needed updating, but it was still nice. When I got to my room, I had to reset the TV, which had no channels."

"I was in Brussels for a conference, staying a total of 5 nights for both work and leisure. The room rate averaged out to 1000 per night. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Rogier metro station and very close to Gare du Nord (North Station), though due to safety concerns, taking the metro is recommended. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Place and other attractions. Honestly, the room wasn't new, but it was exceptionally clean, and the window view was nice. My only complaint is the constant sirens from police cars and ambulances on Botanique street, which were quite loud. The overall service attitude at the hotel was great. I left something behind when I checked out and came back to look for it; they diligently helped me search, and I eventually found it. A hotel can significantly improve one's impression of a city, and my very positive impression of Brussels is largely thanks to this hotel."

"The space is clean and spacious, with separate toilet and shower rooms, which is convenient to use, and a hairdryer is provided. The room also has air conditioning, making for a very comfortable stay. The hostel staff are all friendly and kind. The location is very convenient in the city center, just a few minutes' walk to various attractions, and they offer free luggage storage. The common area is also very comfortable, and each door has a magnetic card sensor, making it very safe. I highly recommend this hostel!"

"The hotel is in a great location just few minutes from Brussels Zuid but the area feels a bit unsafe, as it’s near train station and there are quite a few homeless people around. It’s not recommended for solo traveller to go out too late at night."

"Good location in the historic city centre, friendly 24-hour reception that makes the whole facility feels safe. However, would be much better if the beds have their own curtains."

"I really liked everything about the hotel. It was clean, and the service was 10000% perfect! All the amenities were there too. It even reminded me of a competing chain hotel whose name starts with 'I' and ends with 'BIS'. But, as you know, the neighborhood plays a significant role. It's best not to stroll around there in the evening unless you're a 'marginal' type of person. If you are, though, you'll easily find company and maybe even best friends, as they're sleeping everywhere there. Since Brussels isn't a very big city, it's only a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Manneken Pis. So, everything was great! I recommend it."

"The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and the hotel was especially suitable for families due to the large room size and practical facilities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to help with any questions. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk from Brussels Midi Station. If you are traveling with large or heavy luggage, the walk can be a little inconvenient, especially on uneven pavements."
