"I was expecting the single room in Europe to be quite small, but it was surprisingly spacious and deep. It was also very clean. There are three things to note: First, the amenities are sparse. You only get one thin plastic cup and hand soap! There are no slippers, toothbrushes, or shampoo, so you'll need to bring your own. There's no complimentary water either. While there was a coffee machine at reception, it was pay-per-use. Second, the in-room Wi-Fi was very difficult to connect to. I thought I was connected to the Wi-Fi and was browsing online, only to discover later that I was using data roaming, which was a surprise. Even when it did connect, the signal was usually only one bar. This might vary depending on the room. Third, the location. It's a good location as you can walk to the Brussels city center. However, the nearest station, Nord, which is about a 10-minute walk, felt a bit intimidating to walk through alone, even around 6 PM. Keeping these three points in mind, it's a good hotel if you can find a cheap plan!"

"It's close to the station and the area feels safe, so I felt secure even when coming back late at night. Being the hub of the EU, the area is very clean. The hotel itself was reassuring with its keycard-operated elevator, and they also offered luggage storage. It was a bit disappointing that I needed two room keys to use the power and air conditioning, especially since a sudden cold snap hit. However, small details like power outlets by the bed and complimentary water made the room very convenient and pleasant."

"We had a really pleasant stay at nhow Brussels Bloom. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well-organized, and the amenities were excellent. Perfect for a stay with friends in Brussels!"

"The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a convenient underground parking garage right next door. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a water dispenser in the hallway and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The room itself is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't quite up to par, as there were items left behind by the previous guest. The shower area in the bathroom becomes very slippery when wet, posing a fall risk, and the toilet door doesn't have a lock."

"Great location, right beside the EU Commission. I tried the breakfast and was pleasantly surprised—it was very good with plenty of options. I also ordered Uber Eats, and the receptionist kindly offered to bring it up to my room. Daily cleaning was done without having to request it, which I really appreciated. Walking to the city center took me about 30 minutes, which I enjoyed as part of my morning walk. The airport bus stop is also just a 5-minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town—just remember to bring your own slippers!"

"Everything—facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service—was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Since there were three of us staying together, the hotel must have specially added an extra bed. They also provide breakfast; while not extensive, it was certainly sufficient. Overall, a very satisfying experience 😊"

"The hotel is near to the airport so it is convenient for us since we had a 11am flight. There are some free public carpark outside the hotel. The breakfast started early so we could have breakfast before we went to the airport. The room given to us was big so we had lots of space for 3 of us. The reception staff was friendly and helpful when we had problem connecting to the wifi."

"The hotel is very close to FlixBus bus stop! There is a police station and halal supermarket for Muslim community behind the hotel. The hotel should consider having 2 front desk workers at a time instead of just 1 person manning the front desk. When there are group of people talking and running around at the hotel room corridor, I couldn’t find the front desk person to solve the problem as there was no one at the front desk."

"A wonderful hotel right next to the Botanical Gardens. Quiet rooms. Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service."
