"Unexpectedly good! The hotel is very close to the station. After arriving from Brussels South Station, it's about a five-minute walk to the hotel. The environment is super nice, and there's free bottled water downstairs. The breakfast was amazing, very Western-style. I stayed for three days and had a fantastic experience. It's about a kilometer from the city center and the Bell Tower, a pleasant walk away. The city has shopping areas. There's an ice cream shop downstairs at the hotel that's always busy, and diagonally opposite there's a Chinese supermarket, with Chinese restaurants and noodle shops nearby. It's really great, definitely my top choice for Ghent! The price is reasonable too. The room cards are all pink, super cute and thoughtful. There's a very humorous and attentive man at the front desk. He told me that after a certain time at night, only the back door would be open and the front desk would close. My flight was very early, and he also told me how to check out. His English was excellent!"

"Funky hotel where you can see creativity in every corner . Spotlessly clean every where. Staff are supper friendly and helpful. Water fountain on the floor we are staying , tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryer in the room. Iron board in the corridor if required . They thought about every detail to make guest’s life easy .Definitely stay here if we come back to Ghent again. 20 min walk to center of the Ghent but we enjoyed the stroll !"

The place is very clean, and I loved the soft mattress and pillows. The breakfast staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. "The hotel is not far from the station and it is very convenient to take the tram to other cities. The room was wood and white, very clean and felt very comfortable. The rooms are distributed on different floors, there is no elevator, and you need to carry your own luggage."

"The room size although small however very well designed and practical. The room is clean and bright and some of the facilities are very thoughtful. The location is 10 minutes walk to most of Ghent's attractions which is excellent. The price is affordable."

"The room is clean. The bottom of the bunk bed was small and the upper one was more comfortable. It happened that there were only two people in a 6-person room, so bed making was not a pain. When making beds, I found a stain like a spill on the futon cover. It took 5 minutes to get hot water. Other than that, there is no complaint. You can walk to the tourist spots. The tram ride fee is high for Japanese people, so I walked to Hento Sint Peters station for about 30 minutes to save money."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the church bell tower and St. Michael's Bridge. The back exit leads directly to the graffiti street, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Dampoort train station. Although the room was a bit dated, it was clean, hygienic, and quiet. Our room faced the inner courtyard, offering a beautiful view!"

"The hotel is located right in the city center. It’s not bad for the price. They clean the room and change the towels every day. There is a bottle of water in the room, though only one. The room is very small; it might feel cramped for two people. I travel alone and only come back to the hotel to sleep, so I found it quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I arrived at 5 a.m., and the receptionist opened the door for me right away. I was happy with everything."

"Upon arrival, the welcome was a bit lacking, and I find the parking to be expensive at €19 per night. The bathroom is also a bit small. I'm not sure if I'll return."
