GGuest UserRooms were great and very clean. Location was perfect, although it is in a spot where young adults party right under the window. We were on the third floor facing the le madeleine concert venue. We were there over Easter weekend so am guessing that’s why there were so many people whooping it up in the street. Closing the window was very helpful as it blocked the noise quite well. Other than that, the place was perfect and close to a lot of restaurants and the Grand Place square.

PprettyikahHye guys! Malaysian review here 🇲🇾 I stayed at Bedford Hotel Brussels for 4 days 3 nights with my family and honestly we’re super satisfied. Location very strategic, dekat city centre betul-betul. Cuma masa mula-mula sampai tu agak jauh sikit nak jalan kaki dari bahnhof ke hotel sebab waktu tu kami belum beli public transport ticket lagi. Tapi once dah ada ticket, tram & bus memang dekat dengan hotel and terus boleh go around the area, so memang senang nak go anywhere. Area around the hotel pun easy to find halal-friendly food, memang banyak actually, so jangan risau, just cari memang ada yang halal certified 👍 Room quite spacious, clean and comfortable for family stay. Service pun tip top, honestly nothing to complain. I asked for extra blanket pun mereka cepat hantar terus ke bilik hihi 🤍 Overall memang recommended kalau datang Brussels with family ✨

AAndrea SamuelsThis hotel was on point, I loved the size of the room, the size of the bed, & the en suite was clean and everything was modern. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again.. I did feel there needs to be clearer instructions on how to turn up the heating and warm the room up..... Other than that it was well worth the money.

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

LLeyaziThe hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Central Station, which made traveling to other cities incredibly convenient. Brussels is quite lively at night, so coming back to the hotel a bit later was never an issue. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a lovely view of a church right outside our window – waking up to see its spires every morning was wonderful. We also slept very well; the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm.

WwuchuanTLDR: Poorly staffed hotel albeit a great location Room was left half cleaned (towel not changed, even with a sponge left in the toilet) . Hotel location is great accessible through the train station itself at Exit 2. But the room was extremely warm. Front desk did not pick up the call from the room so had to go down multiple times to try to get the room to be colder. In the end, staff only could say they will send someone up but never did. Only people that work the night shift are the front desk staff so they are understandably busy. Regrettable that this experience did not match the standard of Pullman at other countries as well as the price of the room. Would not really recommend this hotel unless location is a high priority.

AAnonymous UserIts conveniently located near the Flixbus stop which is why we chose the hotel. Check-in wasnt too difficult and the people behind the desk were helpful, unlike what the reviews say. It is easier to check-in during the weekdays, because they have more staff. Check-out is better on the weekends because its allowed till 11 am. The breakfast is not the best, but passable. The staff was quite friendly, the room was warm and overall not a bad place for 1 or 2 night stay.

LLulubell2006Hotel Mozart is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Grand Place, which is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the centre of Brussels on foot. Being so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions is definitely the hotel’s biggest advantage. The room was quite small, which may feel a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage. Breakfast is provided but is left out already prepared and can sit out for up to two hours, which may not be to everyone’s taste. That said, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the owner is nice and approachable. However, he did come across as slightly unprofessional at times, as I saw him on a few occasions wearing a dressing gown. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay if location is your priority and you don’t mind a few quirks.
