"Location is what stood out for me first - the ease to roam around Brugge as a solo traveler has really been perfected by this. The bar staff is so knowledgeable as well about local beers and I do get that it’s their job, but he’s explained clearly without being condescending at all as it was my first time visiting and I am quite particular about my beer. I was there between 13-16 June 2026 - if any Martins Brugge hotel is reading this, please send my thank you"

"It was a very pleasant and cozy hotel. The check-in is at the bar around the corner. The shared bathroom is used by 3 rooms on the floor which is not too bad. The location is great as well - close to the train station and about 1 km from the city centre and the area around the hotel is very nice and clean as well. Would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel is basic no frills but was perfect for us for a couple of nights. We booked a triple room for myself my husband and our 11 year old son. The room was huge and also had a little kitchen area which was great. The location is great right off the main square. There is not air con but they do provide a large fan which was enough to cool the room when sleeping. The shower room had a shower over a bath tub which had great pressure and the towels provided are lovely and fluffy. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again"

"El servicio excelente, con el extra de que antes de la hora del check-in ya teníamos la habitación disponible. Ubicación excelente y los servicios compartidos con el Duke's Palace (recepción, desayuno...). Es conveniente saber que, aunque te llevan las maletas hasta el hotel, este se encuentra en un edificio con algunos escalones que se deben de salvar en los pisos superiores, pese a contar en ascensor, por lo que debe ser tenido en cuenta para las personas con movilidad reducida."

"My partner and I had one of the mansion suites on the 3rd floor. Although our room didn’t have a view it was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smelt divine. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruit and fresh juices / smoothies. Customised omelettes were made. The hotel itself is boutique, contemporary and in a good location to Brugge Train Station, buses and also all the main attractions. It is nestled down a quiet street but still close enough to main attractions. You have waffles and fresh potato fries shops within a minute walk from the hotel, including a supermarket if you need anything."

"Hotel ideally located a stone's throw from the Markt. Warm and very welcoming owner. Attention to detail and customer well-being. Spacious but rococo room equipped with all amenities (Air conditioning, bathrooms, etc.) Hearty, varied continental breakfast in a magnificent setting (old cellar with 14th century vaulted ceilings). In short, more than positive value for money."

"For the first time in my life, I encountered a toilet without a door, and the toilet was directly facing the entrance and the big bed. 🤣🤣 Is the toilet just for decoration? I booked for two days and stayed for one night. During that time, I didn't dare to go to the toilet for fear of the stench in the room. I opened the window, but it was on the street and it was too noisy to sleep😂😂😂I couldn't stand it anymore, so I bought a return ticket and left the city. But the house was still quite clean."

"When we arrived to the property, the hotel could not find our reservation. Gina at the reception was fantastic and she upgraded us to a suite with canal view! 😍 This room raised our expectations and experience of Bruges!"
