An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

Compared to hotels in the Gulshan area, it is convenient to get to tourist spots such as Old Dhaka and Kamalapur Station. There are many food stalls on the street in front of the hotel, so it is lively. There is always security at the entrance, so it is safe. They also help you arrange a taxi with Uber. The bathroom is clean and there is a hot shower. The breakfast is also delicious. You can hear car horns and rickshaw bells from early morning until late at night, so it is not suitable for people who are sensitive to noise.

Close to the subway (elevated railway) station, the location is excellent. Breakfast is only bread, fried eggs, drinks, the start time is late, and you may eat outside. It is convenient to ride a car of 々, and the dining room is close. You might not expect a hot shower.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail.
I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue.
Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. One minor observation is that the barrier around the pool felt quite high.okay

The bar on the 8th floor offered beer for 600 Taka a glass. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a refrigerator and a kettle. We also received a welcome service of cookies and sponge cake. The shower had plenty of piping hot water, and I was impressed that the water pressure was just like in Japan. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety, even including chicken biryani. Overall, it's a very satisfying hotel.

Hotel location is good, located between the new city and the old city. The room was clean and odorless, and there were many charging sockets. The breakfast was great, there were many types and the taste was delicious. This price can be said to be very cost-effective, it is highly recommended for Chinese tourists to live here .

Cleanliness: The entire hotel was well-maintained, and they cleaned it every day during my stay. The beds and bathrooms (bathroom and toilet), which I was particularly concerned about, were also clean, and I didn't have any hygiene issues.
Location: It's about a 5-minute walk from the Baitul Mulakkam mosque, which is a tourist attraction and the center of the city. The Dhaka Secretariat Metro station is right across the street. It was a very convenient location for sightseeing.
Service: While this hotel isn't particularly expensive by Japanese standards, I was surprised by how attentive the staff were! Since I was traveling to an unfamiliar area, they made me feel at ease when I returned to the hotel.
Facilities: The bathroom and toilet are shared, but I didn't feel like anything was lacking in terms of amenities. By Japanese standards, after hotel prices rose following the COVID-19 pandemic, this room would cost just over 10,000 yen per night. I had a comfortable stay!
They also provided 2L of bottled water every day, which is very helpful when you're abroad.
I especially recommend this hotel for those unaccustomed to budget hotels and guesthouses! It's not too expensive, either!

GGuest UserThe staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.

The location is very close to Dhaka airport, only about a 5-10-minute drive. The room was clean, but the decoration felt a bit old compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Uttara.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals.
However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience.
That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

PPrakash MunuswamyThis is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was soft, the linens felt fresh, and the room had all the basic facilities I needed for a relaxed stay. GGuest UserAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
