"The location is convenient; you can take the airport shuttle bus directly from the airport. The room is very spacious with a large floor-to-ceiling window offering an expansive view, and the cleanliness is acceptable. It's very easy to get to the old town and the beach. The only downside is that it's hard to hail a taxi, as taxis can't stop directly in front of the hotel; you have to go to a nearby street to catch one."

"The hotel is excellent. In the best location. The service was good but when I asked for a late check out , they refused. I told them that I have a flight in the evening and that I am alone but they refused. Besides, they upgraded me to a-big room which was fabulous but it was next to the elevators. The sou of it all day and all night was irritating."

It's a modern hotel with a good standard. * I took off one star for service only because the iron in the room wasn't working. I had to call reception twice, but it was never replaced, and I had to urgently rethink my wardrobe choices. Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful, I recommend it for your stay."

"The hotel is located on a hill, so the views from the rooms are beautiful, especially if they face the sea! You can walk to the old town in about 20 minutes, or take the funicular from the promenade up to the hotel, which is not far from the waterfront. The hotel has two pools, one of which is outdoors, but it's quite cold and there often aren't enough sun loungers by the pool. As for the downsides of staying here, the service is slow, and the breakfast restaurant is small for a hotel of this size; if there are a lot of people, there aren't enough tables, and you have to wait. The breakfasts are generally good. Overall, it's an iconic hotel and worth a visit!"

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 10-minute walk to the government building, and there's a convenience store and a coffee shop right downstairs. Port Mall is also directly across the street, making the location truly superb. The beds are very comfortable, and the room facilities are quite good. For Chinese travelers, remember to bring your own adapter or ask the front desk to borrow one. The breakfast was also quite good, and the gym was much larger than expected."

Perfect hotel .. the only issue is the housekeeping they dont clean they only arrange .. I faced issue with the toilet and noticed that its wasnt cleaned at all! Even the room tissue box was empty they didnt fill it they didnt notice because they dont clean even when I requested tissue box it was kept a side not in the tissue box container .. However, receptionist are always eager to help and assist they even offer the cleaning service mid night just to help ! A perfect hotel they only need to work on elevating the housekeepers Note: rooms at a lower level and on a particular road are very noisy because of the cars you cant sleep , so request moving to a higher floor or another side of the hotel"

"The service staff at this hotel were all very nice and friendly, except for one young male receptionist. In particular, a male receptionist in his thirties or forties was incredibly warm and helpful. When we went to the street corner to look for our Bolt ride, he used his own phone to stay on the line with the driver, and when the driver spotted us, he even confirmed through the driver's phone with me to make sure we didn't get into the wrong car. I asked the front desk: ”Besides the two bottles in the room, can we get any more complimentary water?” (After all, in Chinese hotels, bottled water is basically unlimited.) He said: ”Apart from the two free bottles, all extra water comes at a charge. But I can give you two more bottles for free this time.” I appreciated that gesture and gave him credit for it. But then, on the third day of our stay, something bizarre happened. My low-grade fever had turned into a high fever over 39°C. When I got back to the room, I found that housekeeping had left us only one bottle of water. Although I had already bought plenty of water myself, the fever made me extremely thirsty, so I called the front desk to ask for an extra bottle. Me: ”Today they only left us one bottle. Could we get another one?” Reception: ”Impossible. There must be two bottles in your room.” Me: ”There are indeed two bottles, but one of them is leftover from yesterday that we didn't drink. They only replenished one.” Reception: ”No. Every day at 2 p.m., housekeeping always puts two bottles in the room.” Me: ”But we only saw one.” Reception: ”No, we put two. We never shortchange.” Me: (already quite annoyed) ”You say two, but we see only one. How can you prove that you put two?” Reception: ”Then it’s your problem.” This is probably the toughest front desk I've ever encountered in my life. When both sides have no evidence and it's one word against another, why must the guest be in the wrong and not themselves? Here's the translation: For this kind of service, I have nothing to say but disappointment and anger. I appreciate the extra two bottles he gave me on the first day, plus the one bottle on the last day—three in total—and I'm returning every single one of them to the hotel. These bottles of water, worth only 0.5 AMD each, I won't drink any one of them, all gave them back to the hotel. I left them in the room, on the table. I will never set foot in this hotel again. "The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the airport bus arrival point. There are two entrances to the building along the street, with the hotel entrance on the right. Guest rooms are only on the 17th and 18th floors. The hotel restaurant is on the 20th floor, and you can see the Caspian Sea and Flame Tower from the terrace seats. The rooms are a little old, but they are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The wifi sometimes cuts out, but it's usable without any problems. It's the tallest building in the area, and perhaps because of that, the street facing the entrance has a very strong wind."
