The hotel is really easy to find and super convenient for transportation. It's close to Chinatown, which is great for picking up souvenirs, and the transport hub makes getting to the airport or anywhere else a breeze. The facilities are good, and they offer a lot of activities. The overall cleanliness is also quite good. Roommates depend, 99% are pretty nice (some can be a bit noisy).

Kristina was very friendly and helpful during check-in. We really appreciated her assistance with all the concierge information. However, the room had two bottles of shampoo and no shower gel. Amenities were quite limited and only provided upon request. James at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. The front desk also seemed short-staffed, as the queue was long and we had to wait quite a while for check-out and luggage collection.

Facilities: ”Small but perfectly formed” best describes this hotel; it's like a well-appointed budget hotel – everything you need is there. Hygiene: As expected from a Hyatt property, the hygiene is very good. Environment: The location is in downtown Sydney, a five-minute walk from the Town Hall station, and both Little Thailand and Chinatown are just a two-minute walk away. Service: On the first day, several items were forgotten, but after providing feedback, everything was replenished properly from the second day onwards.

I booked this hotel last minute for my mom, as she decided to join our trip during the Christmas and New Year period, where our hotel that we are stayed already fully booked. I found this boutique hotel online, and since it was new and looked nice, I decided to give it a try & booked for my mom (this hotel Just 3mins away (walk) from our hotel). The location is good, and overall cleanliness was excellent. The room, hotel areas, and walkways were all clean, well maintained, and pleasant. However, we did experience an issue with the air conditioning. On the second night, the AC was not functioning at all—no airflow and very humid, which made it uncomfortable, especially during summer. We contacted reception but were told the AC system was centralized and nothing could be done at the time. The AC started working again in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again on the third night. My mom called reception and was only provided with a fan, which still did not help much due to the heat. The next morning, I personally spoke to the person in charge regarding the AC issue and requested either a room change or a refund so we could move to another hotel. To their credit, the management handled the situation well and arranged for my mom to be moved to another room on Level 3. From that point onward, the AC worked perfectly until check-out. Overall, the hotel is clean, well located, and has good potential. While the AC issue was frustrating, the management’s willingness to resolve the problem and provide a room change was appreciated. With better consistency in facilities, this would be a great place to stay.

The room was quite new, and the location is excellent, right in Chinatown, making it super convenient to get anywhere. It was also very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. The price was also much more reasonable compared to other hotels in the city center!

It was amazing, and I'd love to stay here again next time. Truly the best hotel! I also got a high-floor room, so the view was great, and I received free bottled water daily.

Facilities: A huge plus! It has a stove, microwave, oven, full-sized fridge, and a dishwasher! All the pots and pans are there too! You just need to head to the supermarket for meat and seasonings. Cleanliness: Decent. We took out our own trash. Environment: The location is fantastic! It's near Chinatown, and a Coles supermarket is right across the street. Even better, there's an Asian supermarket on the floor below Coles! You can find any meat and vegetables you could possibly want! I highly recommend the steak from Coles that comes with a small pat of butter! No need for extra seasoning, it's super convenient! It cooks up just like a restaurant steak!! However, the balcony in this room doesn't have soundproof glass, so it can be noisy at night, but once you're asleep, it's fine. Service: Not much service. The email stated there wouldn't be cleaning. We had to go downstairs ourselves to ask for fresh towels. We also took out our own trash. Overall, it's still pretty good and suitable for large families traveling together. Cooking your own meals is a great option! Downstairs, there are three Malatang places: Yang Guo Fu, Zhang Liang, and one more! You'll never go hungry. Grab a takeaway Malatang, then head to the supermarket to buy more vegetables, meat, noodles, and tofu to add to it – you can go crazy with the toppings! Of course, we've also thoroughly enjoyed Sydney's local restaurants, steaks, and kangaroo meat! Western food is also delicious! Steaks, fries, pork ribs, and fish and chips! All good! Especially the pork ribs! They're perfect for kids!

My 2-day experience here was fantastic. The location is excellent and convenient. I love going out late at night, and it's great that the hotel is on the main street, making my late-night strolls feel very safe. I'll definitely book here again whenever I'm in Sydney.

The hotel's location is great, close to the Central Station, Chinatown, and Hyde Park. The apartment hotel itself is a bit old, but having a kitchen where we could cook was a plus. The two-bedroom apartment had two bathrooms and a spacious living area, which was perfect for the four of us. Overall, it was pretty good. The photos of the two-bedroom unit were accurate, though I forgot to take pictures of the interior myself.

I would tell the toilet is as per review, yes it is small and narrow but it’s simply worth the price especially when you consider the location (2mins walk to Chinatown station and Haymarket (most cheapest market in Sydney), and measured few stations to Circular Quay and one station to Sydney Central Station! Well the room (pod) condition also nice, even though you can expect the space pod is small but it’s clean and the A/C, electricity and locker works perfectly fine. Will definitely book this hotel again next time if I were a budget traveller.
