"The room was clean and tidy, perfect for a solo traveler, and came equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and some basic dishes and cutlery. A big plus was the small dining area, which offers 24-hour self-service coffee, and before 10 AM daily, they have a nice selection of pastries, fruits, and yogurt. The location is also very convenient; it's just a 3-minute walk to Green Square train station, making it super easy to get to the airport or the city center. This is my third time staying here!"

"I absolutely loved the location and overall environment of this accommodation for our recent stay. It was a huge plus for our family trip. The hotel is right above a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. We could reach Central in just one stop, and getting to various attractions and shopping areas downtown was a breeze, saving us from long walks or transfers. For a trip with different sights planned each day, this convenient location truly made traveling much easier. The surrounding area also has excellent amenities. There's a supermarket about a two-minute walk away, which was perfect for picking up breakfast, drinks, fruits, or daily necessities. Even on a multi-day trip, we could maintain a rhythm similar to being at home. The living space was one of the aspects I was most satisfied with. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for a family of four. The two separate bedrooms gave everyone their own private resting space, unlike the often cramped layouts of typical hotel rooms. Additionally, having a washing machine and dryer in the room was incredibly practical for a family on a long trip, allowing us to do laundry anytime and significantly reduce our luggage burden. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive, with a swimming pool and a gym. The kids could enjoy some relaxed playtime in the water, and the adults could keep up with their exercise routines. Overall, our stay felt comfortable, convenient, and truly like a home away from home."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Meriton Suites Zetland during my visit to Sydney. The suite was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment-style setup with kitchen and laundry facilities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was convenient, close to UNSW and within easy reach of many parts of Sydney, with plenty of shops, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. The only downsides were that public transport required a short walk or connection, and some renovations meant using lifts from another block instead of direct access. These were minor inconveniences and did not significantly affect the stay. Overall, the comfort, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and excellent amenities more than made up for these drawbacks. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sydney."

"This hotel is perfect in terms of location, price, and quality. It's conveniently located – just two metro stops from the airport, about half an hour to the city center, and very close to the metro station itself. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby (mostly Japanese or Chinese cuisine), and a supermarket isn't far. On a parallel street, there's an interesting spot – a kind of antique market/warehouse. You can also take the 370 bus to Kuji Beach. As for the hotel itself, the room is cleaned daily, and it has good shampoo/conditioner, which is rare. The outlets have USB ports, so you can charge your phone without an adapter. There's a sofa, a soft ottoman at the foot of the bed, a safe, a refrigerator, a kitchenette, a capsule coffee machine, and a set of dishes and cutlery. The wardrobe is small, but there's space for luggage and an ironing board. The hotel is quiet; we didn't hear other guests. The reception staff are very polite and friendly. It's convenient that the hotel has a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes for 8 AUD in 1.5 hours."

"The location was perfect, and there was two hairdryers provided in the bathroom. We stayed in a triple room, but the beds weren’t very comfortable. Whenever one person moved, the bed shook and woke me up. However, considering the price, location, and the helpfulness of the staff, overall it was a great stay."

"We had a really nice stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after a long flight. We also appreciated that they let us check in a bit earlier, so we were able to rest right away. Breakfast was good with enough options to choose from, and everything was fresh. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, and the whole check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location is also very convenient if you’re staying near Sydney Airport. "Lovely time had here, there was a serene view of the park. We stayed only a few days but it was so conveniently located near cafes and shops, we had a car but if you don’t then you will do fine with the train links. The staff were so kind I was able to leave a gift for my friend at the front desk on check out and they allowed them to pick up the next week."

"I was in Sydney for a couple of nights for personal matters before flying to the Gold Coast, so I booked this hotel near the airport after a lot of searching. After arriving at T1 International Terminal, I followed the airport signs to the free shuttle bus to T3. From the T3 arrivals hall, it's about a 10-minute walk to the hotel according to the map. It's manageable if you don't have too much luggage, not a big deal. To get back to the airport, it's the same route. On the day I left, it was raining, so I took the hotel's airport shuttle, fearing my luggage would get wet if I walked. It cost $14, which isn't cheap, but a taxi would probably be similar. Facilities: It's an older hotel, so the furniture and appliances are a bit dated. The bathroom has a bathtub, so you need to be careful getting in and out. You have to turn off the lights one by one. They don't provide complimentary bottled water; even the mini-bar water costs money. There's one free carton of milk. If you need a toothbrush and toothpaste, you have to ask the front desk. I always bring my own, so it wasn't an issue for me, but it's something to note if you don't. The room overlooks the airport terminal, and it's not too noisy. Cleanliness: The housekeeping service was excellent and very thorough. They even tidied up my messy data cables and placed them neatly on the desk. The room looked very clean overall, even though the hotel is old. Service: My early morning flight arrived, and by the time I cleared customs and walked to the hotel, it was past 10 am. I couldn't check in yet, but I could store my luggage. The public restrooms in the lobby were also very clean and spacious. I used the restroom to change clothes, quickly freshened up and put on some makeup, then left my luggage and went out to take care of my business. Other: The hotel is near the airport. If you're heading into the city or elsewhere by train, the closest Mascot train station is about a 15-minute walk. It's not super close, but for younger people, this walking distance is acceptable. There are restaurants and a supermarket near the train station. Overall, it's quite convenient to stay here if you have an early morning flight or a short stopover."

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Mascot train station. I'd rather take the train to the Domestic Airport station, exit at T3, then take bus 350 (towards Bondi Junction) for two stops. Get off there and walk for 2 minutes. The hotel is close to the airport, but there's no complimentary shuttle service, and it costs about AUD 12. If I didn't have heavy luggage, public transport would actually be much more convenient and cheaper. The staff were friendly. The room was generally clean and comfortable. The in-room Wi-Fi was decent, but the TV channels weren't appealing, and screen mirroring wasn't available. Buffet breakfast, if paid separately, costs AUD 35. What I appreciated most was the complimentary small carton of milk in the fridge."
