The hotel has very nice breakfast and the hotel is monument time. The hotel is located right beside the shopping street which is very convenient with a lot of food choices before the shop is closed. It is also served by a tram system that can bring you to the train station overall a very nice hotel to stay with friend.

Die Lage direkt am Hauptplatz ist ideal, hier ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und die Straßenbahn hält vor der Türe. Das Design des Motel one, wie überall einmalig und schön; dass man einer Alleinreisenden Frau aber erst mal ein dunkles Loch mit Fenster zu einem 2qm ”Licht”-Schacht anbietet ist fast schon sexistisch. Mein Bruder bekam vor einiger Zeit, auch alleinreisend, sofort ein schönes Zimmer zum Hauptplatz. Lästig auch, dass die Zimmerkarte schon eine halbe Stunde vor Checkout time gesperrt ist und das Zimmermädchen drängelnd klopft, obwohl das ”Nicht stören Schild” an der Tür hängt.

Nice staffs and easy checkin and out.Great location and they got a spacious parking lot. They got the self serviced laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Great choice for road trip travelers or backpackers. But our room needs more cleaning, there are still dust and others’ hair when we get in the room.

Alles top! Das Team war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerwechsel aufgrund des fehlenden Warmwassers verlief schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt: Dass die Zimmerreinigung bis zum Vortag per QR-Code angemeldet werden muss, ist für Gäste zu wenig sichtbar. Dieser Hinweis sollte beim Check-in und im Zimmer deutlich präsenter kommuniziert werden.

The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office. Not everyone is on vacation. There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible. Beautiful and impressive, no doubt, but the timing was unacceptable. You can't expect that just two days before the event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have booked with you. The room is large and the decoration is grand and modern. There is a kitchen and kitchenware so you can cook your own meals. It is very convenient to check in and check out independently. Suitable for family vacation stay.

We were overall very satisfied with the hotel. All was clean, modern and beautifully designed. Specially practical we found the deep garage, which is extra cost, but offers a very comfortable parking possibility. Unfortunately, we had a little trouble with our family room because it was very cold. We reported this, but nothing could be changed in such a short term. Although a small heat body was provided to us, the room remained cold. Positively highlighted is the reception: very friendly, helpful and trying to support us as best as possible. Probably it was just a unhappy coincidence. Despite all the things we can recommend the hotel more warmly.

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

At the beginning, I didn’t care to check in by myself. I kept on the entrance to the door. I tried to call and no one listened. Finally, I called 3 or 4 times to inform the password to open the key. The locals told the department to open the cabinet. The room was hygienic. The bed was also very big and the location was very convenient.

The hotel has standard rooms for a long time. The rooms are fully equipped and not luxurious. There is a parking lot on site. Breakfast is average. But the price is not expensive.
