"A Truly Exceptional Stay at Gevora Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gevora Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. The service at Gevora Hotel was outstanding. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, their commitment to excellent service truly stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. The panoramic vistas of the city skyline and surrounding landscape were simply stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset.  Overall, my experience at Gevora Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming hotel with fantastic service and incredible views, look no further. I can't wait to return for another visit!"

"When we booked June 20-21,2026 for our stay dubai at Swissôtel, we had some doubts about whether the hotel would match the description and photos on Trip.com. However, we were delighted and excited when we arrived because everything was exactly as advertised. From the moment we entered the lobby, we received a warm welcome from the staff. The reception team assisted us professionally, with genuine smiles and confidence, especially Jociell, Sarra, and Supriya. We would like to give special recognition to Jociell for being very informative about the hotel’s facilities and amenities. She attentively answered all our questions and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When we entered our room, we were impressed by its cleanliness and excellent features. The room was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of selections. The restaurant staff specially susi ( sorry if i mentioned the name wrong) and the chef for chef in live egg station that day, were very attentive and regularly checked on us to ensure everything was satisfactory. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Swissôtel to our friends and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"This hotel is no-frills, no luxury, but it has absolutely everything you need for a trip. There's a mini-market and even a gym. It's just a short 5-minute walk to a shopping mall (Dubai Zabeel) that's connected to the Dubai Mall (you can even see it on the left side of one of the photos I sent). Inside Dubai Zabeel, there's an excellent supermarket (Lulu) with a vast selection of ready-made meals at a much better price and quality than anywhere else in the area. From this annex, you can walk to the Dubai Mall in the shade and air conditioning. The room is spacious and very comfortable, the bed, shower, and air conditioning all work well. There are some complimentary items like water (around 1.5L replenished daily), tea, and even coffee with milk. An Uber ride to the airport costs between 70 and 90 AED. The views from the Burj View room are definitely worth it. It doesn't look like much in the photos, but it's truly impressive in person. The hotel staff is excellent, helpful, and efficient. The value for money is very good, and I will prioritize returning to this hotel on future trips."

"Location & Transportation: Pros: It's a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Don't follow the navigation; it'll take you the long way around. Just head straight in the direction of your destination, trust me, you can walk there. Cons: There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you want to eat or shop, you'll need to go to Dubai Mall, which is a 30-minute walk away. Room Experience: The room is tiny. Once you open a 28-inch suitcase, there's barely enough room to stand. The bed is very narrow, probably less than 1 meter wide. The desk space is also small, which is tough when traveling with many small items; you constantly have to tidy up. Amenities: The restaurant is fantastic! They offer special à la carte dishes (one per person per day). We stayed three nights and ordered something different every day, all of which were good. There's also a wide variety of other buffet items, so we always had a full breakfast. The gym is amazing and far superior to hotels of similar caliber in China. The pool isn't huge but looks nice. Overall Impression: The value for money isn't great. The room being so small was quite disappointing, but the public facilities are all good. The location is still a bit far from the metro."

"The room is very spacious, about 40 square meters, and very clean. A bit more meat for breakfast would be nice. It's super close to the subway station, just a 3-minute walk. It's also very near the Burj Khalifa; you can even see it from the hotel room, less than two kilometers away."

"The hotel's location is great, right in Dubai's new city center, with excellent amenities nearby and not far from the metro station. Upon arrival, they proactively helped with luggage, and check-in was smooth. All the hotel staff were very polite. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and a good variety of food. The rooms are spacious and bright. The only thing was that the balcony door was locked, which they said was for safety reasons. I later asked the front desk to unlock it for me, but I had to sign an agreement. Overall, I'm satisfied. The only regret is that this trip to the UAE coincided with the conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran, and neighboring countries were all somewhat affected. I hope peace returns to the Middle East soon."

"All stuff was friendly and good behavior  Only we faced small issue for the curtain inside bathroom needs to be fixed but they tried already , unfortunately it didnt fix  In general everything was good and will repeat it for sure"

"The hotel is new and modern; however, my stay was severely affected by multiple room defects and poor service handling. The hair dryer in the bathroom was defective, with the cover broken. When I reported this, the engineer came but was unable to fix it and advised me to hold the exposed wire while using the hair dryer, which is a serious safety hazard and i got shock once. Additionally, the room phone was intermittently not working and could only be used on loudspeaker. As a result, I had to walk down to the lobby every time I needed assistance, which was extremely inconvenient. The complimentary shuttle bus service was also poorly managed. The concierge staff emphasized that the shuttle was “not under their control” and that any issues were not their responsibility. I was told to wait and that an announcement would be made when the bus arrived. I ended up waiting for more than 50 minutes, with no announcement and no staff present to assist. There was no communication or support provided at all. Overall, while the property looks new, the lack of maintenance, safety concerns, and poor service coordination made this stay unacceptable. Will not book with them again."

"Sometimes when people from the UK and perhaps Europe see the brand Novotel they may consider it being one of the less Premium brands however let me assure you the quality of the hotel the property facilities and especially the staff and those supporting the customer facing colleagues is absolutely superb, That said, and in my particular case, I use this hotel because it is connected to the WTC which offers immediate access into the same without stepping outside. I have been coming here for a great many years and will continue"

"The room came with a kitchen, including a sink, microwave, and washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was also quite spacious. We arrived at 1 AM, but the hotel quickly provided a complimentary extra bed for our child. The breakfast selection was diverse, and the staff were warm and attentive. Overall, it was a great stay, with the only downside being the city highway right below our window; even on the 17th floor, it was still a bit noisy."
