"Unfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables… expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm"
"Good location, friedly receptionist & restaurant staff.
Club sound was so loud that I can hear it in upper floor in my room.
Another issue is at 2AM doing vaccum cleaning outside my room, don't know why.
Considering the room size and breakfast options it is over priced."
"We recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The location is convenient, with groceries and other shops within walking distance. The rooms are reasonably spacious and clean, which made our stay comfortable.
However, the hotel appears quite old, and there was a noticeable moldy smell in some areas. The reception was often very crowded, and it seemed understaffed, resulting in longer waiting times during busy hours.
Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a convenient location and clean accommodations, but the hotel could benefit from better maintenance and additional front desk staff."
"It's too noisy at night; there are two bars with singing and dancing until the early hours. The overall vibe is Indian, which might not be suitable for Chinese people! The surrounding area is quite convenient, though; the subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants."
"Absolutely fantastic stay. I stay here every month when I am in dubai. Convenient location, awesome staff and service, clean and luxurious rooms. Highly recommended 10/10"
"Very Good hotel and their hospitality is amazing ,Rooms are big and clean and the facilities provide in the budget was amazing, staff also very good .. overall 100 % satisfied will visit again"
"It was nice stay to this Ascot property, it was quite and near to the heart of city where we can get everything easily, staffs are friendly, easy access to the room, value for money, it's all about just like WOW nad wow i said."
"Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Old Dubai. The hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure travelers, with clean, spacious rooms and all the essential amenities for a relaxed stay.
The staff are polite, attentive, and quick to assist with requests, which adds a welcoming touch to the overall experience. Housekeeping is consistent, and the rooms are generally well-maintained.
One of the highlights is its location—close to BurJuman Mall, metro stations, and key attractions in Bur Dubai, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. The breakfast buffet has a good variety, though it can get busy during peak hours.
Facilities like the rooftop pool and gym are decent and well-kept, though not overly luxurious. Overall, it delivers solid value for money in a central location.
Verdict: A reliable, comfortable hotel in Bur Dubai with great accessibility and friendly service—ideal for short stays or business trips.
Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai"
"Not a good start as I was offered a smoking room on first floor facing the main road even after sending a request earlier to arrange a quiet room. There was so much noise from the main road especially cars driving at high speeds revving their engines.
Upon request to change the room next day, the amazing front desk team arranged a quiet room that was super to stay for another 2 nights."
"The Hotel offers a unique stay as a historic cruise ship turned floating hotel and I enjoy the vintage maritime atmosphere and friendly service of the staffs."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserOverall, my stay was quite average and didn't really meet my expectations for a JW Marriott (five-star) hotel.
I had booked a sea-view room, but upon check-in, I was informed that the building housing the sea-view rooms was temporarily closed, so I couldn't get the room type I had originally booked. The hotel assigned me to another building, stating it offered the best available view. However, the actual view was significantly different from the sea view shown on the booking page. What was particularly disappointing was that there was no prior notification, nor was any compensation or upgrade offered throughout the process.
During my stay, I called the front desk to inquire about a late check-out. The first call was disconnected almost immediately after being answered—I'm not sure if it was an accidental hang-up or another reason—and I only managed to communicate successfully after calling a second time.
Additionally, I noticed some red marks on my leg, possibly insect bites, during my stay. While I can't definitively link it to the hotel, I'd still recommend that the hotel enhance its pest control measures in the rooms.
As for breakfast, the overall quality was decent, but the variety was quite ordinary, and there's definitely room for improvement compared to other five-star hotels of the same caliber.
During this Dubai trip, I also stayed at The St. Regis and Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. In comparison, this hotel has room for improvement in terms of service details, overall stay experience, and honoring booked room types. I hope the hotel can further enhance its service quality in the future.
GGuest UserThere are many choices for breakfast, the service is very good, there is a beach and a swimming pool, and the hotel also has several restaurants. It's about 20 minutes away from the city. I will come again next time, it's great!
GGuest UserI stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.
GGuest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!
BBenpaodexiaozongxiongI was given a room on the 3rd floor, which was too low and disappointing! I saw that others who booked the same room type before were given higher floors. When I asked the front desk staff during check-in, they said the highest they could give was the 3rd floor. I wonder if I was treated differently! The suite itself was quite spacious. A big shout-out to the restaurant staff, their service was attentive and their attitude was excellent, even though the breakfast selection wasn't extensive.
AAnonymous UserAbsolutely 100% recommended. The hotel is super clean and beautiful, food was great, and most of all - all stuff was so friendly and helpful to the point we became friends and missed each other when we left. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walking from Dubai Marina beach. We are honestly so glad with our stay and we definitely going next time at the same hotel as well.
EEwan912The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.
RRBouThe hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank.
The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay.
The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day.
Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel.
The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals.
The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food.
The staff is truly excellent and attentive.
The breakfast is decent.
MM255441****The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.
GGuest UserHotel is very nice and the price is not super expensive. The location is not very ideal and the connections to other places is not that easy especially at peak hours. Most empty taxies were booked and refused to drive.
