"Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. We particularly highlight Joel's helpful and attentive service during breakfast. The breakfast buffet is varied and of good quality. The location is excellent. It has a very small indoor pool and the gym is basic but functional. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The lunch or dinner service could be improved."

"The hotel located in Jumaira, I like there hospitality and the room was tidy and comfortable, staff were friendly thank you Only their coffee in the rooms were not good and in the restaurant the coffee machine were not easy to deal with and we didn’t get a morning coffee as usual that’s were annoying, other thing the smell of smoking despite that we asked for non smoking room but the corridor and the room next to our room were for smoking as the smell of smoking was very strong"

"Breakfast not the wooow but okay and in the night fire alarm went off and all of us went down to the reception then it was known that do to candle used in the club down stairs the fire alarm went off🤦♂️. The egyption reception guy very helpful and supportive."

"Mercure Gold Hotel Jumeira gave us an overall great stay in Dubai. It’s good value for money. The staff delivered excellent service specially during breakfast as during our stay, there’s only a few guests hence, they only have a by order food options not the usualw buffet spread. Rooms are spacious and ameneties are consistent on what’s published. Location is in Al Mina and they have free shuttle to Dubai Mall twice a day, which is very convenient. There are restaurants and grocery stores (24 hrs) beside the hotel which makes it easy to eat out or do a quick grocery run. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Always the best, but it was not as nice as my last stay though. The reception gave me a nice view on the entrance side. Now my side is just construction but still service and especially the restaurant food (whether breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner) are all amazing!!! Still one of the best Roves I’ve ever been to! Also got to say the beach lifeguards are also very kind and really good at reminding people, also explained to me what the flags mean. Great and very accommodating team!"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel in Dubai. The facilities, environment, and value for money are all excellent. The staff's attitude is superb. During my stay, a small incident occurred where I got stuck in the elevator. The staff went all out to rescue me, and afterwards, two managers personally came to apologize and check on me, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Dubai."
