"The location is quite good. There's no subway, but since we were driving, it wasn't an issue. However, the front desk service attitude was not good. For three people staying, they only provided two bottles of water daily. The room windows couldn't be opened, and there was a strange smell."
"This hotel is no-frills, no luxury, but it has absolutely everything you need for a trip. There's a mini-market and even a gym. It's just a short 5-minute walk to a shopping mall (Dubai Zabeel) that's connected to the Dubai Mall (you can even see it on the left side of one of the photos I sent). Inside Dubai Zabeel, there's an excellent supermarket (Lulu) with a vast selection of ready-made meals at a much better price and quality than anywhere else in the area. From this annex, you can walk to the Dubai Mall in the shade and air conditioning. The room is spacious and very comfortable, the bed, shower, and air conditioning all work well. There are some complimentary items like water (around 1.5L replenished daily), tea, and even coffee with milk. An Uber ride to the airport costs between 70 and 90 AED. The views from the Burj View room are definitely worth it. It doesn't look like much in the photos, but it's truly impressive in person. The hotel staff is excellent, helpful, and efficient. The value for money is very good, and I will prioritize returning to this hotel on future trips."
"Really great hotel! The grounds are right by the Dubai Mall, within walking distance. The staff (administration) were excellent, and it was always clean and tidy everywhere."
"The hotel is very close to Dubai Mall, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The service was also excellent! đ There's even a Burmese lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese, and she was so warm and patient in answering all our questions, helping us with taxis and directions. We're truly grateful to her! Plus, you can even see the Dubai Frame from the room!"
"SwissĂ´tel Al Murooj is a beautiful hotel with a stunning backdrop of the Dubai skyline. We enjoyed strolling around the area in the evening. It was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe.
The pool area is one of the highlights of the hotel. Itâs clean, beautifully designed with waterfalls, and incredibly Instagram-worthy. A tip for anyone staying here: if you want an amazing top-view photo of the pool, take it from the elevator window. The view is absolutely stunning!
The staff were generally
helpful, especially Yaseer, Elsayed, Sandeep and the lady at the breakfast reception. Iâd like to give special recognition to Yaseer, who consistently greeted every guest with genuine warmth and kindness. His excellent hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. While most of the staff were pleasant, a few could be a bit more welcoming with a smile, as small gestures like that can make guests feel even more at home.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and filled with beautiful natural sunlight in the morning, making it a wonderful place to relax.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend SwissĂ´tel Al Murooj to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a peaceful location with excellent facilities and warm hospitality."
"Location & Transportation:
Pros: It's a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Don't follow the navigation; it'll take you the long way around. Just head straight in the direction of your destination, trust me, you can walk there.
Cons: There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you want to eat or shop, you'll need to go to Dubai Mall, which is a 30-minute walk away.
Room Experience:
The room is tiny. Once you open a 28-inch suitcase, there's barely enough room to stand. The bed is very narrow, probably less than 1 meter wide. The desk space is also small, which is tough when traveling with many small items; you constantly have to tidy up.
Amenities:
The restaurant is fantastic! They offer special Ă la carte dishes (one per person per day). We stayed three nights and ordered something different every day, all of which were good. There's also a wide variety of other buffet items, so we always had a full breakfast.
The gym is amazing and far superior to hotels of similar caliber in China. The pool isn't huge but looks nice.
Overall Impression:
The value for money isn't great. The room being so small was quite disappointing, but the public facilities are all good. The location is still a bit far from the metro."
"The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to the Dubai Mall, and the decor is also very refined. Having just opened in 2021, it's very new, and the hotel's signature scent is wonderfully pleasant. The gym and pool facilities are also quite new. Breakfast offers a good variety and is well-presented. The only drawback is the absence of a bathtub in the room. Overall, sleeping at this hotel is very comfortable, though the sound of doors closing next door can be a bit loud. I really enjoyed my stay at Vida Hotel. If I return to Dubai and the price is right, I would definitely book it again, as the hotel's pricing is quite volatile and can vary significantly."

"The Gevora Hotel is a lovely hotel, very well located, close to downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future. There's also a metro station just a few steps away, making it super convenient for getting around Dubai's attractions. The room we were given on the 27th floor was very spacious and comfortable. Although the views were to one side of the building, given the hotel's height, you could still get great city views. The beds were comfy, the sheets clean, and the pillows were also comfortable. Our room had a kitchen, but in reality, you can only use the fridge as cooking isn't allowed in the apartment. However, it's useful if you want to bring in pre-made food or drinks. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied with different food selections; it just needed a little more fruit, but that's a minor detail. The only annoying thing was the construction noise around the hotel, which barely stops for a few hours in the early morning. But this is a constant issue in most Dubai hotels; there's construction everywhere, and it's hard to escape the noise. Another thing we suggested to the hotel is to renovate the carpets as they looked worn or stained in some places. Everything else was good. The pool and gym area were very nice and offered beautiful city views."
"I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff being very welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities I needed â especially the comfortable bed and great city view.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of international and local options, all fresh and beautifully presented. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant, where the service was attentive and friendly.
The location was perfect â close to key attractions and easy to reach from the airport. The fitness center and pool area were well-maintained and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
Overall, Radisson Blu truly lived up to its reputation for comfort and quality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming stay. Iâll be happy to return on my next visit!"
"Location , normally should take 12-15 minutes walk but due 3 major road crossings it's 10+ minutes,, wait at road crossings is painfully long and frustrating There is nothing amazing about location but not too bad if you look at prices nearby of a very decent upscale hotel. The rooms are big, spacious, efficient elevators, taxis readily available, bus stop nearby but routes are quite confusing, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa about 35 minutes walk, good restaurants, shops and walking avenue nearby, the best thing is it's staff, simply superb, Kavita the receptionist was amazingly considerate and polite, upgraded me to Delux or superior room with Burj view, Naseer or Safeer the bell boy was extremely helpful. Good size bathroom with plenty of amenities, super clean with reasonably priced dining options,"

Amazing
AAnonymous UserOverall, my stay was quite average and didn't really meet my expectations for a JW Marriott (five-star) hotel.
I had booked a sea-view room, but upon check-in, I was informed that the building housing the sea-view rooms was temporarily closed, so I couldn't get the room type I had originally booked. The hotel assigned me to another building, stating it offered the best available view. However, the actual view was significantly different from the sea view shown on the booking page. What was particularly disappointing was that there was no prior notification, nor was any compensation or upgrade offered throughout the process.
During my stay, I called the front desk to inquire about a late check-out. The first call was disconnected almost immediately after being answeredâI'm not sure if it was an accidental hang-up or another reasonâand I only managed to communicate successfully after calling a second time.
Additionally, I noticed some red marks on my leg, possibly insect bites, during my stay. While I can't definitively link it to the hotel, I'd still recommend that the hotel enhance its pest control measures in the rooms.
As for breakfast, the overall quality was decent, but the variety was quite ordinary, and there's definitely room for improvement compared to other five-star hotels of the same caliber.
During this Dubai trip, I also stayed at The St. Regis and Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. In comparison, this hotel has room for improvement in terms of service details, overall stay experience, and honoring booked room types. I hope the hotel can further enhance its service quality in the future.
AAnonymous UserThe services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.
GGuest UserI stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.
GGuest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!
GGuest UserThe hotel entrance was a bit tricky to locate, requiring a turn into a small side street. However, the excellent service and spacious rooms, perfect for family travel, truly stood out. For first-timers to Dubai, the night view from the room is a significant highlight, showcasing the city's most vibrant main roads and architecture. Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserExcellent location, decent breakfasts, and good service. I deducted a star for the renovations and the long waits for the elevator. Don't bother with a sea view, as it's completely blocked by towers. A view of Dubai Marina is better, cheaper, and comes with a balcony. We had to switch rooms, and big thanks to the staff for accommodating us. A Russian-speaking girl helped us out.
EEwan912The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the roomâs view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didnât have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isnât fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the âmenuâ model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.
RRBouThe hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank.
The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay.
The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day.
Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel.
The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals.
The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food.
The staff is truly excellent and attentive.
The breakfast is decent.
MM255441****The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.
GGuest UserUnfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables⌠expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm
