The hotel is overall okay. The hotel and the rooms are clean and generally comfortable. My room was facing the road, which made it pretty loud. Also the service at the reception was ok, they seemed pretty stressed and just quickly checked me in and out. Not a very warm welcome. The location of the hotel is very pratical being close to the metro and the marina.

I recently revisited this hotel after my initial positive experience, and while it was generally good, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, though a bit on the smaller side. Despite this, the location was still convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. One highlight was the pool, which was a fantastic place to unwind. The facilities, while not extraordinary, were well-maintained and provided a pleasant atmosphere. The second stay confirmed my positive impression of the hotel, particularly due to the inviting pool area. While there is room for improvement, my overall experience was good enough to bring me back for a second visit. If you're looking for a decent stay with a nice pool, this hotel might just fit the bill.

Honestly, great hotel! They gave us an upgrade to like suite room - wow it was big! You get to use two pools - the two Hilton hotels. Direct access to beach.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities, direct access to the sea is pleasing. Receptionists are very polite and sociable. the shower system in the bathroom doesn't work well, otherwise everything is fine 👌

It's very convenient for taking a taxi to exhibitions or office locations, and the surrounding amenities are complete, with plenty of casual dining options and convenience stores. The front desk service was efficient and professional. Check-in and check-out were super fast, English communication was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The guest rooms are in a standard business minimalist style. While not overly spacious, the layout is practical, with a wide and functional desk. The bedding was clean and soft, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a quiet rest after a long day. Room hygiene was impeccable; the bathroom was dry and tidy, with powerful hot water and good water pressure. The free Wi-Fi was stable and fast, perfectly meeting the needs for online meetings and work. Breakfast was a Western-style buffet, with a rich variety and consistent quality, perfect for a quick energy boost to start the workday. The hotel also offers essential business facilities like a 24-hour front desk, free parking, and simple laundry services, showing thoughtful attention to detail. This hotel is clearly a favorite among Russian families, owing to its good location, all-inclusive meals, and low price for three guests in a room. All signs and announcements in the hotel are duplicated in Russian. During our stay, a large group of about 20 Russian teenagers was also there. These were classic teenagers who seem to think that being noisy, smoking covertly in the bushes, and swearing makes them mature. At breakfast, most guests are families with small children, which generally gives the impression of being in a summer camp rather than a Dubai hotel. If you enjoy this kind of atmosphere, or if you have children, then it's worth staying here, as your child won't be bored alone. The hotel has parking. The entrance to the hotel is from the underground parking, which makes the lobby feel a bit uninviting. Check-in was quick. We checked in at 6 PM and missed lunch. We were offered to stay for lunch after check-out the next day and complimentary luggage storage at the reception. The food is buffet style. On one hand, it seems like there's everything: beef, fish, side dishes, fruits, vegetables, soup, desserts. On the other hand, nothing is cooked well: the beef is fatty and tough, and the fish is overly soft. For example, in the photo, the salad has a lot of green and black olives and just a few cucumbers and leaves. The taste is unbalanced, just bitter. If you add vegetables, they are there but chopped into large pieces. In the fruit salad, the melon is so tasteless that you have to pick it out. At breakfast, there's no regular sliced cheese for making sandwiches, only feta with herbs. The croissants are so stale, as if they've been sitting there for three days, even though they are regularly refilled during breakfast. Not a single dish made me want to go back for seconds. In the end, I didn't regret missing lunch and decided not to stay for lunch the next day. The pool officially operates until 8 PM, but at 7:30 PM, we couldn't swim as it was already closed. The spa has a hammam and a sauna. The hammam is quite cold, and while the sauna shows 90 degrees, it feels much cooler. The jacuzzi has no bubbles, either the button doesn't work, or it's designed that way. It's more like a hot water pool. The definite pros are the large room, good zoning into a bedroom and living room, and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Also, there's a beautiful view of the Marina from the window, but no balcony. I stayed for one night and am unlikely to choose this place again. For the same price, there are many better hotels nearby for couples without children.

Stayed here 4 night. Spacious room, but need maintenance! (Leaking shower, broken tab, broken bad plug, etc). Extremely high pillows, but nice quality bed and sheets. The hotel is very trendy and aims clearly on young wealthy (male) guests only. And we (couple, average 45), got a feeling off very unwanted. For example at the pool could ask 4 times for a menu or a drink, and still receiving nothing. Waiters prefer to chitchat with other younger guests. So we ended up spending our time mainly outside off the hotel. Overall, spending more than 800,- euro a night in this hotel was defenetly not worth it!

The location is perfect: the metro and tram are nearby, and it is located on the marina embankment, it is not far to the beach, there are shops nearby. We booked a room with a view of the marina - a super view! And the panoramic outdoor pool complements all the beauty and amenities. The room itself is in excellent condition, everything works, beautiful and comfortable. We took breakfast - a good choice, everything is delicious, we ate almost all day. But the main dish of breakfast and coffee must be ordered from the staff, so you have to wait for some time until they bring it. In the evening it was nice to go for a walk on the embankment, but the doors to the embankment were closed, you had to go through the central entrance. It was convenient to go to Al Maktoum Airport. We will consider this hotel again on our next trip!
